ASJCPUMA Posted November 9, 2025 Posted November 9, 2025 Hobart comes to South Bend with a 10-2 record. The won the sectional by averaging over 40 points a game. The beat Lowell handily in the sectional championship after losing to them in the regular season. The Brickies D was good now it seems the offense is catching up. St, Joe won what many call the toughest 4A sectional in the state beating Mishawaka. The Huskies D has carried them this year as the offense has navigated through a litany of injuries. The defense has to play like they did against Mishawaka, Both teams played New Prairie (comparing scores just for a common opponent) Hobart won 50-14 St Joe won 43-13 Regional Championship on the line at Fr. Bly Field Friday night. 1 Quote

Sparty Posted November 9, 2025 Posted November 9, 2025 able to watch a few Hobart games on line throughout the year. They appear to be “nasty”. And I don’t mean any disrespect. Haven’t seen SJ this year. Should be a good one. Quote
23andCounting Posted November 9, 2025 Posted November 9, 2025 It's good to see the Brickies back............Blue Blood. Quote

Sectional 21 and 22 appeared to be loaded based on records and schools in the sectionals. sectional 19 had 5 teams with winning records in their sectional. 17, 18, 20, 23 & 24 appear to be top heavy. Man, the Kingsmen have to roll with the Huskies, rivals in conference but cheerleaders in the playoffs. Good luck St. Joe. Quote
23andCounting Posted November 13, 2025 Posted November 13, 2025 Two very good teams for sure. But who in Heaven's name is calling Sectional 18 the toughest in toughest sectional in 4A? Sectional 19 would utterly dismantle 18 in short order. Anyway..........back to the game. Looks like a crapshoot maybe with Hobart as a slight favorite? Quote
CoachK5 Posted November 14, 2025 Posted November 14, 2025 This should be a very tight game, and the first one to 14 points should win, St. Joe has relied on their defense all season and I expect that to be the case tonight. 17-7 St. Joe. Quote
