Who has the hardest offense to prepare for

What team has the hardest offense to prepare for and what makes it that way.  Is it the coach or the players, or the scheme the use.

From what I've noticed on the field, any sort of Wing-T that runs fluidly for 4 quarters and elite speed. You just can't get your practice squad to transform into something they're not.

As much as I hate to admit it, a really well-coached flex bone team can really give you fits. You get a team that can run the rocket sweep, QB lead, and FB dive all really well and suddenly your defense has to be REALLY disciplined.
