Right... they had zero pts n were put back to enrollment... Dwenger Lcc had 1pt... not enuff to stay another 2 yrs... but still could get another pt in 2022 ..so they left em where they were.... n will reevaluate for 2023. I think if Dwenger wanted to stay 5A the ISHAA would say fine! .. we won't resort adj sectionals ect.... not sure what the legal ramifications would b on the processes for petioning up... if they are still in place. OR mayb the ISHAA will jus look at it n say... screw it... n leave em 5A... but they were the ones who left it open... so........ any thots???

Thinking the IHSAA would b happy to just leave it as it is.... 🤣

What say all u SAC fans.. Is Dwenger better off staying in 5a for 2023 or goin to 4a? According to the ISHAA news release on April 11 2022. Dwenger will b reevaluated for class placement in 2023. Not having earned a point in 2022, looks lto me like they will hav a choice, as I assume the Dwenger Administrators will have input on this decision by the ISHAA Executive committee to re-evaluate Dwengers Class placement for 2023.

The only other FB school this applies to is Lcc..... so, appears to me, if the Knights r upset this Fri by the Zebras... Lcc will also b re-evaluated for placement in 1A in 2023... Park Tudor appears to b at the Top of enrollment in 1A...

Dwenger will b re-evaluated for placement in 4A in 2023 for not having gained a point this yr.. 2022... but did gain a point in 2021, whic is why they were kept in 5A. This apparently has to do with when they realigned the success factor w the 2 yr reclassification cycle due to covid, and made an Executive committee decision on what to do with teams that were success factored up a class and earned 1pt in 2021. Currently, Kokomo appears to b at the top of enrollment in 4A. So... looks to me that Dwenger will go to 4A and Kokomo to 5A in 2023....

I dont hang my hat on Computer rankings n Polls... goin undefeated takes a special team for sure... i think the Lancers could upset State Champs ... for all the reasons already discussed... n don't think I'm alone in that.... u want Statewide rec?? If Laville can keep it close for a half... an execute an Andrean O in the 2nd H... is their best shot at a win.... jmho

LaVille will hav to mix it up w play action to keep em honest.... this is a great strategy game... c if the Lancers can execute a curve ball/change up in the 2nd half... RC did it successfully on their title run denying Lcc another title.... r the Lancers that versatile??

Agree that LaVille r the dogs in this one... n Andrean will not b intimidated by said physicality... they've been ther ... seen the real deal multiple times... everyone luvs a good upset... mayb the Lancers can pull it off.... would b Very Impressive if they did!! As for Andreans Qb situation... hope the returning Qb is held in reserve till if n when needed.... think the kid in charge has earned it.... jmho
