  1. Coronavirus - It's all because Donald Trump and Fox News exists.......
  2. Yeah - Still not sure whether that story has legs or not. I am sure something will end his run, I just can't predict what, or how. And how are the Bernie supporters going to feel with their guy out and Bernie with no desire to re-engage.
  3. Really? Anti-lockdown demonstrators are now a militia? If that were the case (which it isn't) wouldn't the NRA be in a much better position since the rash of these protests have been within the last 2 weeks. (except the first first Lansing protest) Also - with that many guns in such a close setting, there should have been a mass shooting. Yet only one arrest.......
  4. https://theweek.com/articles/911903/smokefilled-room-that-could-oust-joe-biden https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/495580-a-hillary-clinton-barack-obama-ticket-to-replace-joe-biden https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2020/05/04/biden-should-step-aside-we-cant-sacrifice-another-woman-political-gain/ SF is wondering what theories are floating out there in GID land regarding who thinks Joe Biden will stay the course and get the Democrat nomination or will he be replaced. And if so, by whom? My belief is he won't last, but I don't know how it will end for him. Will it be Tara Reade, or just his health? I think when it does go down, Governor Cuomo will be his replacement.
  5. 1) Too late for the NRA? The NRA isn't done, just adjusting costs to make survival more imminent. Wishful thinking for the liberals is all. 2) I fail to see how this NRA story has anything to do with : I kinda think she was missing the point of the Nazi symbols........
  6. https://www.newsweek.com/michigan-governor-whitmer-says-anti-lockdown-protests-depicted-some-worst-racism-awful-parts-1501663 Michigan's Governor Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, criticized anti-lockdown demonstrators in her state for carrying Nazi symbols and Confederate flags during protests last week at the state capitol in Lansing, saying this "depicted some of the worst racism and awful parts of our history." Hundreds of demonstrators converged on Lansing on Thursday, with a group of protesters entering the state's legislative building with guns and anti-lockdown banners. Some of the protesters wore or carried Confederate flags, while others held signs with Nazi symbols. I kinda think she was missing the point of the Nazi symbols........
  7. SF doesn't remember ever voting for Mr. Atwater. ......
  8. OK then - The Headline is inaccurate. ‘Trump 2020’ campaign banners are being proudly produced in . . . China? The campaign buys nothing from out of the country. Many unaware or simply uncaring Trump supporters are buying banners and many other things produced in China. Not the Republican Party or the Trump campaign. The same most likely holds true for the Democrat Party and the Biden campaign. (Most likely) Neither campaign will ever be able to stop individuals from this, but neither campaign is responsible.
  9. Which one? As do I. Instead of one who talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. OR ‘Trump 2020’ campaign banners are being proudly produced in . . . China? Because SF can agree with the first part of your original statement (I'm sure we will disagree on the person whom you are referring) Even the second part is partially correct, but the campaign (funded by the Republican party, not the individual profiteers as I "SPUN" earlier) isn't the party purchasing from the Chinese producers. (again - a point that was never brought up in the story you linked)
  10. What I like the most, the President takes the information provided to him by Dr. Birx as the truth and backs her up unequivocally in the face of this reporter who won't stop insisting he is right. Now in a very under-reported little story: https://kvoa.com/news/top-stories/2020/04/28/yahoo-news-reporter-apologies-to-president-trump-for-question/ NEW YORK (AP) — A White House reporter for Yahoo News apologized to President Donald Trump for getting his facts wrong about coronavirus testing at a news conference Tuesday. Hunter Walker had asked the president why South Korea had a higher rate of testing per capita than the United States. Trump said he didn't think it was true, and directed the question to Dr. Deborah Birx, who corrected him. The president taunted Walker, saying 'Are you going to apologize?' Walker later apologized in a tweet, saying he had misread a chart. Also later, the president approached him and said he appreciated the apology. I think these actions would qualify both men as Class Acts......(IMHO)
  11. If you have the time to worry about that, knock yourself out looking for it.....
  12. Not from the official Trump Campaign. I found a Trump supporter booth at the Pittsburgh RV show in January. He had some nice looking stuff, but when I pointed out to him the origin of nearly all of his products (China) he acted like "no big deal". Needless to say, I didn't buy anything. None of the official Trump campaign outlets are allowed to have anything not made in the USA. That story doesn't distinguish that fact......
  13. https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2020/04/29/rutgers-professor-brittney-cooper-fck-each-and-every-trump-supporter/?fbclid=IwAR32_B6FkNFTsctpVYThSqLBjiASWH61vwtgOQsTmu17uV7F2bFsRKa-SZc Rutgers University Professor Brittney Cooper unleashed a tirade at supporters of President Donald Trump in a social media thread this week. In response to the recent campaign to end Chinese virus shutdowns, Cooper posted, “Fuck each and every Trump supporter.” According to a report by Campus Reform, Rutgers University Associate Professor of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Brittney Cooper came under fire this week after taking aim at Trump supporters in a lengthy Twitter thread. “I am saying some obvious things this morning because as a country we are too good at skipping over the audience and we might as well say this to people as often as we can. Fuck each and every Trump supporter. You all absolutely did this. You are to blame,” Cooper wrote in one tweet. 1,423 people are talking about this Cooper wrote that it is “utterly absurd” to reopen the country at this stage of the ongoing pandemic. According to Cooper, white conservatives want to open the nation because it will “disproportionately” affect black Americans. “I feel like most Black people are clear that this utterly absurd to push [sic] to re-open the country is all about a gross necropolitical calculation that it is Black people who are dying disproportionately from COVID. Not only do white conservatives not care about Black life, but my most cynical negative read of the white supremacists among them is that they welcome this massive winnowing of Black folks in order to slow demographic shifts and shore up political power.” Professor Cooper has a history of bizarre remarks. In October 2019, Cooper argued during an interview on Oprah’s television network that the policies of the Trump administration have led to high levels of obesity for Black women. “I hate when people talk about Black women being obese. I hate it because it becomes a way to blame us for a set of conditions that we didn’t create,” Cooper said. “We are living in the Trump era. And look, those policies kill our people. You can’t get access to good health care, good insurance.” Not only is the Coronavirus Trump's fault, but her weight is as well.......Deeper TDS than I have ever seen......From a Rutgers professor......
