I thought, from watching Jeff vs Concord that Jeff looked more equipped to "upset" Merrillville but Concord is no slouch. They've got some playmakers! I saw that (the score not about the QB). Andrean seemed to be in control throughout the entirety of the Southmont game despite the final score/ points allowed (which admittedly I was surprised by). I saw someone on a different thread mention something about Cascade lining up and pounding the rock on/ at Gibson Southern for 4 quarters and how that might not work out for them. I feel that approach at Andrean for 4 quarters may also be difficult to sustain which feeds into my belief of it being a good game, if it were to be played.

Andrean and Cascade would be a helluva game, in my opinion.

Coaching matchup in that one is cool for sure! Don't disagree with you as it is the major reason why I think Twin Lakes has a good chance to win tonight (almost picked 'em in the eliminator challenge for a shot at the points). Hard to pick against the Knights for me but do love the coaching matchup. They could, especially if they have a different plan in the redzone than they do outside of it. I don't see why that would be the case though given how Knox's offense is ran.

I honestly thought he needed close to 400 last week and this week. I've kind of been anticipating a crazy high rushing yards playoff game (400+) and it hasn't happened yet so MAYBE this is the week?

Well seeing as this is their first Sectional since '02, I figured rolling with the Knights was logical. Twin Lakes certainly has a chance but I like the Knights in that one.

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now. I totally agree that it would be an AWESOME moment to break it in the State game but I also agree TOTALLY with your "if I were him I would want that done and over with before state" statement. I think he needs to get as much as he possibly can against Angola because Semi-State against (likely Luers) will not be a guaranteed W nor a guaranteed 300+ yards. Luers is allowing 14 points a game this year and I think it's PRETTY clear their schedule is a much tougher than Knox's.

If I was setting a spread, I would slightly favor Carroll. With that said, I both A) Need the eliminator points even though I'm toast 🤣 and B) I believe Penn will win the ball game...

I like Penn's chances a lot more than I would have liked CP's vs Carroll. Carroll is my slight favorite as well even though I took Penn in our Gridiron Eliminator Challenge (I need points even though I have no chance) so Go Kingsmen! 🤣
