    Wanner 7 will be QB next year, Schoch 8 will return as top WR. Summersett’s younger brother will be RB. But they are just losing too much talent. A sectional title next year would be a good feat for SA, IMO

    I agree...just bump all PP schools up a class. CC, LCC should never be a A school. At least 2A. Not that these type of schools win championships every single year, but it’s definitely an advantage

    And this is with the starters playing 2 quarters a game for almost every game this season, other maybe maybe 3-4 games

    Yes this is correct. I played for SA in those years...graduated 02. SW and AC were tough.

    Ahh I see. I think it’s still an advantage but not nearly like it was in the past. Kids can choose any public school they want to go to. Whether there’s “recruiting” involved I dunno

    I went to the AC state game. I was disappointed but I was also an SA player at the time lol

    I know. But to think CC will surprise SA on speed, not gonna happen. They are probably equal on that front, but SA probably has the size along with speed. It will be close though I believe.

    Sort of off topic, but I just can’t believe how AWFUL the ACAC has been the last two years. Other than SA and AC (and maybe Bluffton), it’s the worst I’ve ever seen it. When I played, teams like Heritage, Woodlan, and Southern Wells dominated. Hopefully it’s on the rise in the coming years!

    Sort of agree. I feel private schools, especially parochial schools should have their own class. But yet again, you can choose to go to which public school you want. So technically public schools could “recruit” I agree

    What are everybody’s thoughts on this matchup? I think it could be a shootout. I don’t know a lot about Covenant Christian but their offense looks very potent. Not sure about their defense. SA took a little while to get going last night, but broke open the floodgates in the 3rd Q. Can’t wait!

    CC is very good. It’s going to be a tough one for the Stars but I’m so excited for this kids and the community. Well deserved!

    I get seeing the frame of the Heritage kid. But I have yet to see ANY talent out of that kid during a game. Against SA he was non existent. Not saying Miller should be going to a B1G school or something like that, but div 1 for sure...if not Div 2
