Webo will more than likely be 2A in the next enrolment count.  Could their enrolment go up as a result of the Lilly Development?  Absolutely.  But people or developers are going to pay a large premium for that farmland.  That they want to build houses on... The State and Lilly set the bar pretty high when they came in and purchased the land for $50K-$60K an acre...

It will happen.  Might take 25 years, but Webo will be a big school.

Pretty certain this has been said before, but Merrillville's admin won't let Seiss schedule any non-conference games other than Andrean and Hobart because they always get those games at home and the gate. Seiss has been pretty open about that fact.

Hobart does not always play @ Mville.

No to AR.....they have more holes than a QB and he knows the Colts are not SB ready.  He has a very short window and he's saying he's going to the Jets.  My guess is that they are freeing up $$ for the draft, trades or perhaps Lamar.

So, the Jets ARE SB ready?

good thing we are building a 20k stadium for a team that averaged a little over 8k a game last year!

Can’t wait for them to host HS football games in the fall to keep the lights on!!!! looks like a great venue for a weekend extravaganza

There is a great market for soccer here. I have no doubt this new venue will draw 13 - 15k a match.

Who is the favorite and what are some things to look for this upcoming season in Conference Indiana? Is there a chance at a state title in the future for this conference?

Used to be regarded as one of the best in the whole state. Now lots of talk about the future of this conference. What is on the horizon? Potentially departures? Potential adding of schools?

Yeah I think you meant 2023.

  6. There's a necessity to blow this up entirely.  And do whatever it takes to convince Sean Payton to come in and do what he does best....  even though I don't think he'd ever come here.

  7. Before this thread is completely out of control......

This Center Grove team played dominant football from regionals on. No one at any point in the season played any better. Brownsburg was a worthy #1, and HSE deserved the spot by knocking off the 'Dogs.  But neither of these teams during the regular season were as good as playoff CG.  Play like you've been there.... and that's what CG has done.  Congrats to the Trojans!
