  1. No no, no one from the NE is pissed here. Just sit down and relax. Tell me why NE Indiana makes you so angry. Stay calm now.
  2. Anyone who knows @Komets2727 knows that he's probably sitting back with a beer and his legs kicked up shaking his head at your stupidity. In all honestly, you're illuminating your hatred for Fort Wayne. The joke is on you bud. Now, the big question. Let's talk about your traumas. What happened in your past to make you hate Fort Wayne so much? Sidenote: Much respect for the region. This hatred is a one way street.
  3. So it's not Snider you're fascinated with, it's Fort Wayne. This just keeps getting better.
  4. Scroll back to Week 5 Takeaways. Crickets. I never saw a thread die so fast, lol.
  5. @scarab527 is fascinated with Snider, always has been. Love it.
  6. You're not allowed to make fun of Snider until you answer my question from last week.
  7. Well, that had to do with the word s**t.
  8. Your turn to kick back and eat the popcorn.
  9. In my opinion, RCHS qualifies as NW Indiana. I consider Adams Central NE Indiana without a second thought. They are directly across the state from one another horizontally.
  10. Northrop is apparently benefiting from the new transfer rules. They're also led by a former Snider players and coach who talented kids really seem to gravitate toward. He's an offensive minded coach. Lots going on at Snider. Down tick in talent, pre-season "incident," and the campus is an utter train wreck with the construction of the new stadium.
  11. Good stuff nonetheless. Submit that to FWCS.
  12. I’m not quite sure what Homestead has ever achieved. Homestead is consistent. They had some teams in the latter part of the 90's and early part of the 2000's that could have given anyone in the state a run for their money. Ever since, they've just been good. Not great, just good. Consistent.
  13. I think your fans are just paranoid as a result of the opinion of just a few posters. I follow high school football as much as anyone and I've never thought poorly of football in NW Indiana. I think of programs like Crown Point, Merrillville, Valpo, and Andrean. Historically, you can throw in Hobart. I agree, those programs do a good job of representing football in the northwest corner of the state. Just because you don't win the big one, doesn't mean the football there isn't any good.
  14. The overall health of NE football is pretty good. It's hard to leave programs like East Noble (last years runner up), Adams Central (four straight finals appearances), Leo, and Homestead out of the conversation. I mean, realistically, is it a guarantee that anyone in NW Indiana other than Crown Point would beat Homestead? Although I have Merrillville in my Top 25, a victory over the Spartans isn't a certainty. In short, I believe that NW Indiana has two Top 25 teams, I just really don't know about the overall health of the rest of the region. I can only speak for the NE. And historically speaking, NE Indiana has 32 state titles. East of South Whitley and north of Decatur.
  15. So you're definition of 'harder hitting team' really just comes down to who has more rushing yards. Noted. I was just going by the number of loud pops I heard from the stands. You really do need to move on from this. You're expending a lot of unnecessary energy all because someone said a team from Fort Wayne hit harder than your Trojans. What does it matter, your Trojans won the game like they normally do. I've seen harder hitting teams by far. I've seen teams with far more talent. I've also seen plenty of teams that play with more tenacity than Center Grove. But I do admire how the Trojans punish you with precision every play. They are very well coached.
  16. I wouldn't say "generous." More than likely just plain accurate. I really don't have any reason to believe that Merrillville isn't a Top 25 team. Temps only error is Northrop. Carroll will beat them next week by two touchdowns. I get it though, he's rewarding them for their 5-1 record.
  17. Unbiased outlook from the Northeast: Jeff does no worse than 6-5 vs your 15-25.
  18. Good representation at the U of Indy.
  19. I simply said that Carroll gave Center Grove all they could handle and you utterly went bananas.
  20. 1. Well, my personal assistant isn't the one responding to these posts. So yeah. 2. I just said that Carroll laid a few hits that reverberated around the stadium on some unfortunate CG players. You've really blown this whole thing out of proportion. Take the victory and move on. 3. Did I say second half? Quote that for us if you don't mind. 4. Last weekend I only caught two perch. One was 8" (maybe 7"). The other was 3". I'm not too proud, just call it like I see it.

  22. So passing doesn't count? Nor do special teams? Noted. I'm sorry Carroll's special teams were better than Center Grove's, bringing Carroll's total yardage to 432. You failed to leave that out of your post. Do you work for CNN?
  23. Upon further review, Luers may be a bit better than I give them credit for. But there's no way they are beating Dwenger in my opinion. Who's the latest addition for Northrop?
  24. You've lost your mind if you think Luers will beat Dwenger. I'll take Snider and North Side to cover.
