Ahh yes. A judge is a renegade cause Flynn broke the law and Barr didn't care. Flynn and Barr will eventually end up in jail. -
Why are you calling me a socialist? Cause I'm not one. Heres Andrew Yang's plan. movehumanityforward.comclose Donate The Freedom Dividend, Defined Share In the next 12 years, 1 out of 3 American workers are at risk of losing their jobs to new technologies—and unlike with previous waves of automation, this time new jobs will not appear quickly enough in large enough numbers to make up for it. To avoid an unprecedented crisis, we’re going to have to find a new solution, unlike anything we’ve done before. It all begins with the Freedom Dividend, a universal basic income for all American adults, no strings attached – a foundation on which a stable, prosperous, and just society can be built. Why Universal Basic Income? How we pay for the Freedom Dividend Isn't $1000/Month a Form of Socialism expand_moreWhat is the Freedom Dividend? expand_moreWhy does Andrew Yang want to implement the Freedom Dividend in America expand_moreWho would get the Freedom Dividend in Andrew Yang's plan? expand_lessHow would we pay for the Freedom Dividend? It would be easier than you might think. Andrew proposes funding the Freedom Dividend by consolidating some welfare programs and implementing a Value Added Tax of 10 percent. Current welfare and social program beneficiaries would be given a choice between their current benefits or $1,000 cash unconditionally – most would prefer cash with no restriction. A Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax on the production of goods or services a business produces. It is a fair tax and it makes it much harder for large corporations, who are experts at hiding profits and income, to avoid paying their fair share. A VAT is nothing new. 160 out of 193 countries in the world already have a Value Added Tax or something similar, including all of Europe which has an average VAT of 20 percent. The means to pay for the basic income will come from four sources: 1. Current spending: We currently spend between $500 and $600 billion a year on welfare programs, food stamps, disability and the like. This reduces the cost of the Freedom Dividend because people already receiving benefits would have a choice between keeping their current benefits and the $1,000, and would not receive both. Additionally, we currently spend over 1 trillion dollars on health care, incarceration, homelessness services and the like. We would save $100 – 200+ billion as people would be able to take better care of themselves and avoid the emergency room, jail, and the street and would generally be more functional. The Freedom Dividend would pay for itself by helping people avoid our institutions, which is when our costs shoot up. Some studies have shown that $1 to a poor parent will result in as much as $7 in cost-savings and economic growth. 2. A VAT: Our economy is now incredibly vast at $19 trillion, up $4 trillion in the last 10 years alone. A VAT at half the European level would generate $800 billion in new revenue. A VAT will become more and more important as technology improves because you cannot collect income tax from robots or software. 3. New revenue: Putting money into the hands of American consumers would grow the economy. The Roosevelt Institute projected that the economy will grow by approximately $2.5 trillion and create 4.6 million new jobs. This would generate approximately $800 – 900 billion in new revenue from economic growth. 4. Taxes on top earners and pollution: By removing the Social Security cap, implementing a financial transactions tax, and ending the favorable tax treatment for capital gains/carried interest, we can decrease financial speculation while also funding the Freedom Dividend. We can add to that a carbon fee that will be partially dedicated to funding the Freedom Dividend, making up the remaining balance required to cover the cost of this program

Yes he has. I think thats what helped Trump in 2016 against Clinton. He wasnt a "politician" and she was, could easily attack her stances. Now in 2020, Itll be much easier for the Dem nominee to attack. Tax cut, his terrible handling of covid-19, the firing of IG's because they were doing their job, the mass corruption, the wall never being fully built, the attacks on healthcare and so on. When Biden wins in 2020, he won't run in 2024 and thats when you'll see even more fresh newer faces in both Democrat and Republican races.

Its really sad that well never find out the whole truth about Russia/Election in 2016. Im anxious to see the Senate Report soon... Well we may not get it now. I agree with you on the mueller report. Too bad he was kinda handcuffed by Bill Barr. I also think he was shut down way to early. The Ford investigation was legit like you said..too bad they couldn't dive even more deep. They didnt cause they knew Kavanaugh was guilty. I personally believe Hillary wasn't the first choice to run in 2016. I think had Beau Biden not died. Joe Biden would currently be president.

And what you mean he didn't need a draft? Are you saying he and ones like him that volunteer for military service are better then those that get drafted? You realize most that volunteered in Vietnam did so.. So they could join the branch they wanted?.. And didn't wanna wait to get drafted? Btw...had i been born 40 years earlier on the exact month and day...I would have been sent to vietnam where I probably would have died.

You are very ignorant if you think only leftists treated vietnam vets bad.. I personally know 4 vets and two of them told me they got it from both sides. The old Korean guys, ww2 guys and ww1 guys wanted nothing to do with them.. You constantly complain about all trump supporters being lumped together but yet you just lumped all leftists together.. YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE AND DONT EVEN REALIZE IT.

Might be the weirdest district Ive seen GOP held from 1993 to 2019. Primary 2018. Steve Knight (R) beats Katie Hill (D) by a little over 31 points. Katie Hill beats Steve Knight by almost 9 in November 2018.. Fast forward to March 3rd 2020. Christy Smith (D) beats Mike Garcia (R) by 10.8 points. May 12th 2020.. Mike Garcia defeats Smith (final numbers arent there yet). Both will run in november too.

Fear isn't paralyzing us. Its called being smart and looking out for each other. Unless you are Texas, South Carolina, Florida and Georgia where you are thinking more politics then people. -

https://www.forbes.com/sites/raulelizalde/2019/09/26/why-gdp-growth-is-slowing-and-why-neither-trump-nor-the-fed-can-fix-it/ The economy was slowing down before this. Trump's terrible decision making and lack of preparedness of Covid killed the economy quite quicker. First. My OG post was something similar you all posted about Obama non stop during his presidency.. Or did you just forget? 2nd I complained about re opening things.. Because it has nothing to do with our jobs and our health. It only had to do with his re election chances.. Notice the 4 state's that quickly opened (Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Texas).. 3 of them are slowly trending blue (more young people moving in and more multi cultural..Tx and GA will be blue in 2024, SC 2028 ) and Florida a state he barely won in 2016. Third As i stated earlier. Trump's terrible decision making, his lack of preparedness on covid-19 hurt and killed the economy. If he was a better decision maker and took the covid-19 more serious. We wouldnt be in this situation. Lastly Trump has had 20+ come out and accuse him of sexual misconduct, hes cheated on every single one of his wives, he can't speak in full sentences, he doesn't under stand the constitution or basic policy. Biden is only 3 years and some change older then Trump. So if Biden is an old "fart"..then what's Trump? So if you have a problem with Biden's age, Bidens misconduct and his brain activity, you must have problems with Trump's age, Misconduct and Brain Activity too? If not...You are being hypocrite once again. -

It is very true. Ive seen 4 GOP presidents and the two I can remember (Bush 43 and trump) have absolutely killed the economy. Uh. He was warned about this in January. Why didn't they start getting plans into place? To be on the safe side? -
