Not a single person has brought an argument to the table that brings a constructive thought as to how the regular season takes on any meaning.

I get I’m in the minority for a playoff qualifier, but for the life of me I have zero understanding how anybody can defend how the regular season takes on any kid of real value meaning.

If you support the all-in, that’s great. I get it. But stop with the backwards BS that the regular season has some kind of major connotation. It doesn’t.

In this state we don't have the luxury of cutting teams out..programs with sub .500 records may not be able to keep finding new opponents that would help their record... be it sos or gaining a w..can't win..just get bigger, stronger, faster right!? Unfortunately I know a few who competed for a few years with subpar records n early playoff (tourney) exits including a surprising title game. It mattered to them..if a shortened field of contestants generated greater revenue for the ihsaa it could gain traction..

  2. Dwenger winning again this year carries weight with me..they are the defending champs n will play as such in that sectional. They're physical n have a wr that can break open a game..same with Northside..rolling along and whoever gets them will be in a dogfight..Anderson has no chance..right? That 2015 Snider team has current D1 players..the sophomore class may have 1 or 2 this year..very similar with qb situations yet the former had hardware by this point..

  3. Chargers-Dinan has them rolling and the cadets 1-2 punch may not be able to keep up with an area 6a heavyweight.

Knights-Coach k will have them ready for the calhoun Street brawl yet the Archers still have something to prove.

Legends-Bruins get the fundamentals down this could be closer..usually doesn't happen in October though..

Generals-Sparty better find a hit stick before haydock schemes up a 300+ rushing attack..upset..I guess..

Panthers-Throw the records out when these two collide..Tippman keeps his cool in a barn burner

  4. Qb3 (jv starter) played a few snaps late last week n looked good..scrambled n had a nice touch on his passes..a few speedsters and some size are in the pipeline n the future looks bright..this years senior class has tons of talent to go with those soph/jr rising stars...if they can get past their cyo brethren (feeder programs are next to one another across the street) the next two weeks they could finish with the same record as last year...however..this would be the first time in about 2, maybe 3 decades that a class has not brought home at least 1 sectional title..with dwenger looking to repeat n the legends chomping at the bit could this years edition of sni high be in danger of breaking the hardware streak??
