Suzi Q’s is great. Family owned by 2 FC grads. Some cool artifacts from Fountain Centrals inside the gas station beside it

I've never been there, I just searched the towns in the Breaded Pork Tenderloin Hoosier Style Facebook Group and those were the places that have been mentioned in there before.  I'd post a link to the Group, but I know Mudas wouldn't be caught dead on Facebook and he'll say it right to your face.

Where can one find the best Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich in the Wabash River Conference?  Doesn't have to be a school concession stand, but any town, burg, or hole-in-the-wall as well.

Sonoco at 74/231 north of Crawfordsville is on the way.

Budreaus Steak & Taphouse in Attica

This was the last play of the game. Ruled a TD on the field, giving the Shamrocks the win. Some observations. But first the video.

I know there are better videos out there than this. Anyone got links to more video?

There are 2 questions here that have to be answered in order to rule properly on this very difficult play.

    1.  Where is the forward progress spot? But in order to rule on that, we have to know:

    2.  When did the receiver possess the ball?

This is an airborne receiver. When an airborne player makes a catch, his forward progress is the furthest point of advancement after he possesses the ball if contacted by a defender. So, we need to determine when the receiver “possessed” the ball. He possesses the ball when he has caught it. A “catch” occurs when an airborne ball is possessed and the player first contacts the ground inbounds while maintaining control of the ball.

What all this means is that in this play the receiver does complete the catch, as he is moving from the end zone toward the field of play. Therefore, the forward progress spot is the point where the ball was at the time the receiver, while holding the ball, was contacted by the defender. You decide for yourself where that was - if you think you can from the video.

I was watching online. I did not think it was a TD at first. But the official was standing in position less than 2 feet away, straddling the goal line. I thought he was in the perfect position to make the call.

wonder if the kids bowling are more prone for serious achilles injuries???

I think that depends on how old the bowling alley floor is. New bowling alley floors are synthetic laminate instead of the old maple flooring used in the past.

I believe some studies need to be done on injuries on laminate compared to maple. All that starting, stopping and foot planting can take it's toll on the knees and ankles.

I daresay that I am an extremely sincere athletic supporter of HS sports, including football, but now find myself troubled by girl's Hot Dog  wrestling (and bowling) or Hot Dog girls' wrestling (I get confused about this grammar stuff...you know me) and bowling.

With that, based on what I'm seeing, I think we immediately need a 2.0 multiplier for girl's Hot Dog wrestling (or Hot Dog girl's wrestling...whichever Strunk and White call for....I defer).  The IHSAA needs to get on this now!

End the unfair girl's Hot Dog wrestling domination now!

    Who's with me? 2.0! 2.0!

Those Hot Dog girls teams are evasive.

Girls wrestling has a long road ahead before being considered a recognized sport or having an IHSAA sanctioned State Tournament. Congrats to her on the Conference win though, there aren't a lot of boy wrestlers small enough to wrestle at 113. Mostly freshmen.
