    Carmel vs North Central- I’ll take Carmel 35- 10. Pike vs Warren- I’m going to go with Warren 28-24. This game will be closer than most people think Center Grove vs Lawrence Central- I’ll take CG 21-14. Lawrence North vs Ben Davis. Gimme BD 35-31.

    This is the first time he’s dealt with the hamstring issue. Right now they have enough talent without Steele to beat some really good teams. When he gets back out there, it’ll take the team to a new level in my opinion. With the backs that they have now I doubt that they’ll use Steele like they did his freshman year, but they might.

    I don’t think that CG’s record shows how good of a team they are. I bet that most of us can agree that they most likely should’ve won 2 out of those four losses (WC and NC). They just seem to always make a late mistake that leads to an opponent touchdown. I agree though that they most likely don’t deserve a top ten ranking based off their record.

    I agree with Carmel, but I can’t see WC making it past CG or Avon in the tournament IMO. With Carson Steele set to be back this week or next, I think that they’re going to go on a tear. Avon is looking like a very dangerous team right now. Should be interesting to see how everything plays out.

    Eric Moore. Constantly gets his teams to compete with larger MIC schools that have twice the enrollment year in and year out. Just my opinion

    CG’s offense finally breaks through tonight in a very good win against BD. Also from what I’ve heard, Carson Steele is 1 or 2 weeks away from being completely ready to go. Should be a really fun and dangerous team to watch from here on out.

    Looking forward to seeing CG and Carmel battle for the Copper Kettle. CG has won it 4 years in a row, and Carmel is looking to snap that streak. Should be a fun game to watch!!

    Was a very fun game to watch, I think the lack of experience cost CG in this one, and not having Carson Steele of course. 😂

    CG was very deserving of the win, they beat themselves. And by their “secondary” you mean two corners that just had their first ever varsity starts. Plus they’re not nearly as athletic as warren’s receivers are. Both players, as you mentioned in your last points, had optimal time to work on their craft in those positions.

    He was nursing a small hamstring injury, should be back this Friday hopefully.
