I've always been told that lighting was the issue at Chatard as well, perhaps their ground was zoned differently than Broad Ripple which is owned by the city.

I am familar with both locations.  That is why I totally get the Cathedral parking challenges.  I also had children that participated in sporting events (JV) at CHS on the turf field and in the gym.

That may be totally accurate I had thought since Broad Ripple had them Chatard could and maybe there were other reasons.
