Obvious call in my book. NFL enforcement was 10 yards and replay. Under NFHS rules, would the ball have turned over on downs to the Lions after the loss of down? Quote

No. That rule changed a few years ago in conjunction with DPI no longer being an automatic 1st down. Quote
