What Is This Helmet Decal? (Hammond Morton)

I seriously cannot read what the decal says on the Hammond Morton helmet. Their mascot is "The Governors."

Some names of schools have the same name in different states.

It is. Those are Morton's colors and the other team is the Hammond Central Wolves.

Looks like they have numbers on the right side of their most recent helmets and the Governors logo on the left side. 

In that case, I've been putting the team logo on the right side of the helmets.
