Apparently Boonville called and offered to come up here and play this evening. But they said they couldn't possibly play a game until about 9pm because of travel and school. And WV didn't wanna start a game that late. And I was told that WV coach didn't wanna face a 4A school who has players 2x their size. That argument is weak imo. Especially when you look at the WV sectional.

Boonville called WV this morning and offered to come up here and play tonight and WV declined. Not sure why. That’s a little confusing to me.

Our AD told me this morning it was a case of strep and they didn't want it spreading around to both teams. Good call for both teams. Would have loved to see this game but don't want anyone getting sick. I might make way over to Terre Haute North and watch them take on Northview if WV doesn't find an opponent.

West Vigo and Boonville have been in contact. Not sure if they'll get anything done. I just talked to the AD and he said they've got nothing done yet.

North Vermillion should be improved. Played a lot of young guys last year. Sounds like they performed pretty well in their scrimmage last week against my Vikings. QB ran for a few TDs in their segment inside the 10. RP should win over Attica. FC has been down for the last couple seasons since Hall took over. I see that trend continuing. PH should beat Seeger but I don't think it'll be a blowout. PH wins 42-28. SV dominates Covington and wins by 4-5 scores.
