Well, I guess Alabama was deserving…or is this where we crap on Oklahoma? I can’t keep up. Not every program can beat the Tide in the postseason I guess. Takes a special group for sure. Congrats to Bama for breaking their two year losing streak in postseason play.

People who post apocalyptic thoughts DURING games need mental evaluations.

Checking back in…
-
How else will you be able to come on here in the event of a Bama loss to cry and whine about Notre Dame’s deservedness?
-
And Paul’s ratings have never been better…
-
That'll show em.
-
Just listed the top 50. If I can watch an ND/OSU title game, you can dig deep and watch tonight.
-
Of the top 50 most watched college football games this seasn... Bama was involved in 4 of the top 10 and 6 of the top 20. Oklahoma was involved in 3 of the top 17. Notre Dame just 2 of the top 34. Indiana 3 in the top 42 Betting tonight's Bama/OU game draws 16+ million viewers. (Also, I love how salty you are that you are not even going to watch.)
-
I mean, in retrospect sure.
-
Yeah, because perhaps they were drafted based on merit and anyone who knows ball knows that the cheating "scandal" did not provide any statistical advantage. The proof is in the results. Had the cheating inflated their abilities would they be succeeding at the next level? But since @Bash Riprock played 40 years ago he knows better than all...
-
Oh, I've really got no problem with Knight personally. His methods were just outdated. Just calling out folks who like to pile on when there is a "scandal" involving another team whom they don't root for. Don't wear panties. More of a boxers guy. Fair point. Knew you'd be back. Can't quit me huh? How those batteries coming along? I'd assume national folks disagree. You think Bama/OU won't outdraw ND/IU?
-
Recruiting violations versus verbally attacking student athletes and putting your hands on them huh? But he "never cheated" so surely he is going to heaven. Once again, just hours away from the CFP kicking off and all folks wanna do is step up to the plate and try to jab at Temp. Its fun being on top.
-
Nah, stupidity is just too hard to ignore sometimes. You wanna see angry? Let's go back to exhibit A of your tirade on Selection Sunday. Oh, I have admitted to "cheating" all along. I also speed often, don't leave a 20 percent tip and take extra candy at the checkout counter. Bob Knight was a terrible human being for decades and only when the winning dried up did the IU administration have the balls to do anything about it. The analogy fits.
-
Sure. Whatever you say man. No doubt you were a Bob Knight guy though right? Also, why not 10 posts from you about the alcoholic Ohio University coach banging the undergrad? Doesn’t fit your narrative? I couldn’t imagine my favorite program having the best season in its history and remaining so obsessed with the winningest program in the sport’s history. You do you though.

Current situation. 1. DeBoer is target 1. Tonight's game will tell a lot as in the event of an Alabama win, he likely falls off the list as Michigan simply cannot wait until after the new year to hire a coach with the winter transfer portal approaching. All of these guys claiming to "not having heard from Michigan" are playing the game as agents are the ones doing the talking at this stage. 2. Dillingham is an interesting one. Pretty young by coaching standards and not sure Michigan is comfortable with such an unexperienced guy. He'd be #1 otherwise as his development of QB's is top notch and players on the current team seem intrigued. The rumor is that ASU has an NIL budget just north of $3 million which does not bode well for long term success year to year. ASU guy from day 1 and lives on the same street as his parents so it'd be a big decision. 3. Jedd Fisch was option #3 but the firm found some dirt on him that was damning and disqualifying. Nothing earth shattering but nonetheless he has fallen off the list. 4. Other names mentioned (serious candidates only) should the top two fall off: Jeff Brohm, Clark Lea, Eli Drinkiwitz, Kyle Whittingham and Biff Poggi. Most in Michigan circles don't think it will go past option 2 but I guess we will see.

And finally, despite it being obvious that Connor Stalions took his Christmas vacation a week early, how about former Michigan defensive coordinator Mike MacDonald who has the Seahawks atop the NFC in just his second season. The top ranked Seahawks defense obviously missed Stalions in giving up 37 points but still pulled out the victory. But it was “the signs.”
-
Congrats to NATIONAL CHAMPION TE AJ Barner who started his career at Indiana but transferred to Michigan as he felt the heaving usage of the tight end position would suit him well. He is now thriving in the NFL and snagged this TD in last night’s big win over the LA Rams. “The signs.”
-
After a knee injury derailed his Heisman campaign in 2022, Blake Corum worked harder than ever on his craft and became a NATIONAL CHAMPION with many huge runs in the Wolverines UNDEFEATED 15-0 championship run. These days, he’s part of one of the best 1-2 punches in the NFL and has now scored 5 touchdowns in his last 4 games. But it was obviously, “the signs.”
-
After starting his career at UMass, Josh Wallace worked on his craft and transferred to Ann Arbor where he became a NATIONAL CHAMPION and had a key forced fumble and red zone touchdown saving tackle in the national semifinal against Alabama… These days he is just one of 38 Michigan Wolverines making plays in the NFL. But, but, but “the signs.”
-
Touchdown Zach Charbonnet! Though he finished his career at UCLA, Charbonnet began his career in Ann Arbor and had a career game against Notre Dame (the last meeting between the two) as a true freshman in 2019 in a game the Wolverines would end up winning 45-14. “The signs.”
-
Hey, easy now. They are the #1 team not playing in a postseason game.
-
Hey, you can always “opt out.”
-
I was referring to the “cult like behavior” and delusion of IU basketball fans but oh well. Go buy a mirror…might do you some good.
-
1. There are different levels to cheating. 2. “Sign stealing” is prevalent in the sport. Every team has a sign stealer and it’s legal. The Michigan “scandal” was due to the staffer buying tickets for others to go to games and scout on his behalf. 3. Not sure if the “insider” portion of your statement is intended as a low blow but I have been critical plenty of the flaws that my favorite team has. 4. By chance I assume you are also IU basketball fan? So I assume you also hate your own fan base? You described them to a T midway through your statement.
