Hard to believe Greencastle leaving their conference rivalry with Brown County.

Credit EC. They repeat thrashed Martintucky last year in the first half 47-0 and were truly merciful. Think the powder puffs were even in late 4th against the Arties.

IHSAA stuck in the Bobby Cox balls area still.

Shanklin of Warren was offered by Texas.

Watched DeBoer and staff and Penix with another offensive demolition Saturday night.

2A Is this the year Reed May finally gets a state title? Same sectional as Triton Central.

2A four-time defending sectional champ Triton Central-I watched them at Indian Creek last Friday. TC qb Stuckey reminds me of Gagliardi winner Eric Watt of Trine (South Newton). Think Chris Creighton got a good one. TC in same sectional with Brownstown.

How much worse would it have been for the Boiler D against Syracuse if qb Schrader had shaved prior to the game. Or, was the beard his superpower he used on Purdue defenders?

Indiana St offered the Greenwood qb

Sounds like EC will grind those dogs to kibble.

Southridge did have an extremely mud bath of a field back in the day during cold, wet weather.

shocked that Arties won that game against DC

I was concerned about how stuck the O play calls seemed in not adapting. Thought Leon Burtnett had returned to run O.

something going on with broadcasting from there as WHMB had this as game of week previously and was doing the CG-Cathedral game from there end of regular season and those games have been replaced on their broadcast plan.

Absolutely! But he wasn't a QB/RB.
He chased and tackled them. I should say terrorized them at DePauw.

Sadly, former Franklin great Clayton Coll (son of Coach Coll) went down Saturday with lower leg injury and his playing days appear over.

I think they need to continue to get Card on the move, always good to help a developing OL to move the pocket and help your QB in that regard.
Running up the middle with MOCK was the atrocious part, really think TRACY gets that ball in. Or even a quick JET to Sheffield or Burks to catch the corner.
Defense just got worked in man coverage over and over again, QB bought time and him and that Slot WR had a field day sadly. Live and Learn I hope
No doubt though that was a BOWL team and team that won their division last year, so not as bad of loss as that Eastern Michigan rain game under Brohm IMO
Give Tedford credit. He is a qb whisperer. Found what Purdue could not defend and dug in the dagger. And Harrell looked like the young apprentice of offense in comparison being schooled by an old pro.

Always wondered if Rod Woodson had gone to a top football program for college that would have been creative enough to let him do it all, how special he would have been. He had really good hands and off the chain ball instincts. He had extremely rare size and strength to go with the shift in the hips and sprinter speed.

85 Trojans, 85 Trojans, 85 Trojans 1.2..3...
You must be upset cause your 85 Team didn't beat ST.
If you forgot, I can remind thee....In 1985, ST 28 - EC only had a "safety" (2)
Now we all have slept since that game indeed, but 85, Stink can tell you, he's not worried about EC.
85 - It's Labor Day weekend and I am sure you have hit some Stoney Lights, but come on man, your comment about the Bullpups, maybe you are high. Since when did beating the Mardi Gras Invaders make anyone a sectional #31 contender? If that is the standard, then you are right.....but on Stink's drunkest night, he wouldn't type that line.

DeBoer has a number of his staff from Fresno, Eastern Michigan and Sioux Falls days. Ryan Grubb and JaMarcus Shephard (coached David Bell at Purdue) run the O and receivers. Nick Sheridan and William Inge who were at IU with DeBoer are there as well.
