Welcome to Week 6 of the season. This week the Warriors return to Warren Central to host the Pike Red Devils. Pike is coming off its first win of the season over Lawrence Central. Warren Central lost in double overtime to rival Ben Davis. The Warriors committed one of the worst mistakes at the end of the game. This week is Warren Central's annual Pink Week. The Warrior Nation will be raising money toward cancer awareness. Who wins? I was wrong last week. But I believe the Warriors will bounce back from the loss and beat the Red Devils soundly. Warren Central lost a game it could have won. I watched the game last night and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. I personally blame the Warriors for this.

I haven't said anything yet. My Class 6A pick will be: Warren Central over Carmel. I have a good feeling about the Warriors. The state's largest football class hasn't had a repeat Champion since 2006.

I think Southport is the favorite to win Sectional 6 now. Ben Davis is at an all time low in the MIC.

Its rivalry week in the Circle City of Indianapolis. You know what that means? Here come the defending State Champion Warren Central Warriors into Ben Davis Giants territory!!! This is the 95th edition of the longest standing rivalry between the two teams. Warren Central leads the overall series 57-34-3. Both teams are going in different directions. The Giants got embarrassed by the Center Grove Trojans 48-20. The Warriors spoiled Lawrence Central's homecoming night 40-21. What are your predictions? Week 4 is here. This time, the Warren Central Warriors hit the road to play the host Lawrence Central Bears. The Bears are coming off their first win of the season against the Lawrence North Wildcats. The Warriors won a very emotional Homecoming game 28-7 over the North Central Panthers. Who wins this game? I just read an article on IndyStar about Larry Willen. He died of a infection at the age of 84. Warren Central will never be the same without its beloved legendary Warrior. God Speed Larry the Legend Willen. You may be gone, but never forgotten.

Its homecoming week in the Warrior Nation. This week, the Warren Central Warriors wrap up their homestand hosting the North Central Panthers. North Central is coming off its first win of the season, a 17-16 victory over Hamilton Southeastern. The Warriors suffered their first loss since November 3rd, 2017, 17-14 against the Louisville Trinity Shamrocks. North Central has not defeated Warren Central in 20 years. Its Trinity week here in Warrior Country. The Warren Central Warriors host the Louisville Trinity Shamrocks. As all of you folks out there remember, Trinity had a 21 point lead at the end of the third quarter. The Warriors mounted a comeback for the ages and stunned the Shamrocks 42-41. Who wins? Two years ago, Ben Davis and Warren Central had a shootout at Warrior Stadium. The Warriors won by one point, 35-34.

Back in 2005, Warren Central hosted East Saint Louis in their Gridiron Classic. The Warriors and Flyers played an insane game, with WC winning 70-50 in a shootout.

Warren Central was originally called the Owls before changing over to the Warriors.

At least Warren Central and Lawrence North won their opening games.
