Who wins bragging rights this year? My prediction: Both teams will fight hard. But Warren Central pulls away late for a 42-35 win and reclaims bragging rights for the year. What's good GID. Week 4 is here and the Warren Central Warriors hit the road to 56th Street to take on the Lawrence Central Bears. These two programs are headed in opposite directions. The Warriors won big 42-0 against North Central. Meanwhile the Bears lost the Battle for the Bell trophy game 20-6. Who do you all think will win this game? Warren Central wins big 42-0 over North Central tonight. The Warriors improve to 2-1, 1-1 in the MIC. The Panthers fall to 0-3, 0-1 (MIC). Warren Central is on the road next week at Lawrence Central. North Central hosts Lawrence North. As always: Rise up Warriors!!!

What's good GID. Week 3 is upon us and its Homecoming Week on the Eastside of Indianapolis as the 1-1 Warren Central Warriors host the 0-2 North Central Panthers. Last season marked the first time since 1999 North Central defeated Warren Central in a 10-0 win, snapping the Warriors' 32 winning streak. Warren Central almost lost in the playoffs to North Central. But they were able to pull off a comeback and win 20-17, knocking the Panthers out of the postseason for the third straight season. I absolutely agree with you on this. No high school should be punished badly for losing to a highly ranked opponent. They really did do Westfield and Warren Central dirty.

Both teams are coming off of season opening losses. Chatard lost 24-16 and Warren Central lost 38-14. According to John Harrell's website, the two programs have never met on the gridiron before. Who are you all picking? My prediction: Warren Central bounces back in a close game. WC 28 BC 21. Fire away Rise up Warriors!!!

I know I said Warren Central would win. But after looking at the Trojans, there's no way the Warriors are winning this game. Revised prediction: CG 35 WC 14.

What's good GID. I'm finally back after a year long hiatus and I'm ready for some high school football. The defending Class 6A champions Center Grove Trojans travel to Warren Central to take on the Warriors. Center Grove ran the tables en route to its 3rd state title in the last two decades. Warren Central struggled to its first losing season in eight years with a 4-6 finish. The Warriors return much of their team from last year and the Trojans have heavily favored to do something that hasn't been done since 2006. Repeat as state champions. This is a great match up and I would like your opinions on who you all think will win. My prediction: the Warriors pull a 2016 and upset the defending champs in a close game 27-24. Rise up Warriors!!!

Warren Central has no Week 2 or Week 9 games scheduled as of yet. I know the Louisville Trinity series ended last year due to COVID-19 and the Shamrocks not being able to travel. I hope the Warriors are not going to have an all conference schedule again this fall. One losing season is bad enough. Warren Central, please fill your two open slots!!
