    Here's the new CI, as proposed by Dante Estonia: TH South TH North BHSS BHSN BNL Martinsville Northview Southport fills Martinsville's spot in the Mid-State; Columbus North fills BNL's spot in the Hoosier Hills. Now we have stability.

    Why? We already do this; and Senate approval is required to approve Presidential appointments. Because "minority rule" is a tyranny. We called it apartheid when South Africa did it.
