At that point it would be wise to take a look at school culture.

Would Jennings County even have any other conference to go to? They, and Madison, had their shot 10 years ago to go to the EIAC.

I thin JC has a place in the HHC. They are in the same size category as the other schools. I think 7-team conference are optimal, particularly when 3 members are clustered near a major metro area.

The good news is that, since they play Jeff and Floyd in 2021, we will have a measurement of their football program. Beating Seymour, half of the time, prior to 2016, is not a good measurement of a program's success.

...so are many other teams; that doesn't say much.

Why then not have every registered voter in the State be a member of a ratifying convention for Constitutional Amendments, and have the ratifying conventions be the only way to ratify Amendments?

Where's your evidence that Silver Creek would be "the 3rd best team" in the HHC when they haven't played an HHC team in football, at all, since 2016?
