    I've already given my explanation- Where a conference has the most impact is football. A football team in an 8-team conference in the State of Indiana will have almost 80% of its season filled with conference games; basketball is less than 35%, and the non-revenue sports have similar percentages to basketball.

    Of course. Ideally 20 years per chamber. Instead of having State governments ratify Constitutional Amendments, why not instead have the people who elect the State governments ratify the Constitutional Amendments?

A Judicial Appointment Commission, based on the one used in Indiana, would nominate judges. 4. Congressional term limits. 5. A new amending formula for the US Constitution.

    Silver Creek's program is less than 20 years old. Their school corporation is brand new. If they started getting flogged by a major power in the HHC (hint hint) there is a very real possibility that the board will intervene to save the football program from humiliation. Does Silver Creek even have a youth system?
