I'm appreciating the confidence in GS from some but I'm not that confident. Our offense and defense has improved weekly but they have not impressed me either with a wow factor like years past. Maybe I'm being to critical and my expectations were/are unrealistic. I want nothing more than for us to come out and bust them in the mouth quick fast and in a hurry. I will be on here and say I was wrong if we score 42 points against them and win big or by two scores. I love the Titans and the program.

Cappy, I put TC over NP but would love to see the Vikings come out of there with a win. It's a long haul up there but I expect it will be closer than the 28-14 prediction.

Well you would be correct. I keep forgetting Southridge is in small school PAC. I guess my point is it doesn't get any easier as its starts a rough three game schedule. Crowing them (GS) the PAC champ is very premature or saying they are the best I can't agree with at this point.

I personally appreciate your vote of confidence in GS being the best in the PAC but I'm not ready to anoint them nor should you. Are we a good team and will we be fine? Sure we will. So will SR, HH, MV and Boonville. Its way to early as this will probably not be decided until late in the season. They should finish the season if everyone follows protocol. Princeton and Washington are the only ones that can be judged at this point and they have zero chance. Just my opinion.

FP- I know nothing but especially know nothing about Perry Central. NP- No way Princeton wins. HH- I can't imagine Heritage Hills drops two in a row. MV- South Spencer need not show up. T- This is a toss up, I'm taking the home team. B - I'm picking Boonville at home. W - Hopefully GS can show improvement from last week. The season is a marathon not a sprint. Hopefully this will be a respectful outcome.and not another blow out. What happened at Columbus is certainly not what we are used to in the Hart era.

One game at a time for the coaches and the team. As fans we can and always look ahead, GS percentage is high of going 1-3 in the first four games. It doesn't get any easier starting with Southridge game 5. We shall see how this plays out for everyone. Good luck Cappy and thank you.

Did NP and SS not play last night?

We couldn't match Columbus Norths speed and they are a very good team. I can't imagine what the top team in 6A looks like. Brady did a good job, was hurried a few times and took one sack. One very bright spot moving forward was the play of freshman Sean Delong, he was not intimidated my his surroundings and should have made a strong case for lots of playing time. Its not going to be any easier next week.

Phalen-SS-Washington and maybe FP tonight. So maybe 4. Just my opinion which isn't much.

That's how we improve and continue to get better week by week. I know it's old news but playing a tougher schedule will/should pay off come the tournament. Winning games where the starters are on the bench the entire second half isn't a good thing.

Yea I looked them up on Max Preps. Not sure how up to date the roster is but they are only showing 39-40 players. The QB is 6"2" 210 lbs. he may be a load to pull down. Hey I'm glad they were able to get someone. Thank you to both you and Cappy. See you tonight Mike and I got tickets.

I think you should have to look at it as 3A. How strong is it this year?? I would say it's still pretty darn strong including the 3A PAC schools.

I'm not sure what Linton has returning and obviously I know nothing about them period. I will say I just don't see Linton leaving SR with a W.

Realistically Columbus North being 6A should handle Gibson Southern. Being a Southern fan I just can't go against them. Neither team are push overs and it should be a great game. It will not be any easier for GS week two. Just got to get out healthy and improved.

Boonville Brown County Forest Park Gibson Southern Southridge Heritage Hills North Posey Tell City (Forest Park at Princeton) is a toss up. It's another long season for Princeton if they lose this game.
