Very much so. Honestly today was the best game they've looked for 4 Q's. The bad snap on the punt and having 12 guys on the field after a BIG defensive stand were daggers.

Congrats to Culver though. 40 and 46 are super tough to bring down. 20 is electric. That OL/DL and offensive backfield were very impressive. Really happy how Remington Schwartz played this weekend. Coy Field and Beau Brandt too. Gabe Townsend had a nice kick return for a TD and Brayden Lynch had 6 receptions for 122 yards. Once they get Huetten back in a few weeks. That's gonna be a tough combo. .. And hope Keith Dell stays positive, dropped a couple TD passes today. Next time those will be catches.

I think LCC fans believe they have a legit chance to make it to Lucas Oil. South Adams would probably be the 5th best team theyd face behind West Laf, Guerin, Rensselaer and potentially western. Heck. If Pioneer was 1a before the season started youd be shipping the title to RC. 1a is very wide open.

I really would like to see LCC and them. That'll be a ball game. LCC will be battle tested by playing Guerin, Tipton, West Laf and Rensselaer. I also imagine theyll play western in championship week. South Adams seems legit but i don't think they've played anyone nearly as good as what LCC has.

You may have gotten it wrong? You did. Their pass defense had better stats last year going into game 6 but you all say it was bad then. Giving up more yards passing and more tds.

Passing touchdowns last year North Judson 1 South Central 1 Knox 0 West Central 0 Triton 3 Culver gave up 5 touchdown passes through 5 games last year. 2 less then this year. If you want to debate, might want to look up things.

According to Hudl. Culver through 5 games actually gives up more passing yards per game this year then last. Im sure their pass defense has improved a lot but Judson, SC and WC aren't really threats to throw. Knox threw for almost 180 and Triton threw for over 200. It'll be interesting to see! Weather is gonna play a factor for both teams!

Hes spot on. Judson started turning the ship by hiring great AD's back to back and putting Annette Zupin in charge as the super. I admire what they've done there. I kept thinking walking in Winamac as a whole can learn a few things from NJ. It takes time to build a culture, you have to have a Super, AD and Principal buying into their coaches. Its something weve lacked the last two seasons but we are slowly getting there. At our game last friday.. I could notice a difference..just by walking up to liberty. The kids body language was better, i heard more positivity coming from their teammates on sidelines and their coaches. Their fans were more intuned to the game. Lambert has some good guys working for him like John Hampton, Evan Howard and a guy that does their defensive stats in Rabe Frasure. I know of Mitch Fingerhut one of the middle school coaches, another solid hire for middle school...Hes a really good dude. Judson is limited in the pass game but hitting smaller passes work just fine... Moving Nolan Shidler to the OL was absolutely needed. Barnes, Brown and Allen do well enough. Our game Friday was a great battle, the next two seasons will be good games...after that watch out. North Judson is gonna get very good, with conference and sectional championship talent. Fans just need to give Lambert sometime....he had A LOT TO FIX and some of it takes a couple years.

For a while? They hung around until about 3:45 left in the game and fell apart in the closing minutes and I wouldn't even call it "hanging around". The game wasn't truly decided until the bad snap/deflection that caused the ball to land in the end zone to make score 21-8... That game was way closer then you described. Come on WF.
