Gibson Southern might indeed be the only 3A public school I know of that has more than 1 middle school. Here in Hamilton County, only 6A schools have more than 1-Carmel, Noblesville, Hamilton Southeastern and Fishers. Westfield only has 1.

So they're recruited at an early age. I think I see how that works. Carmel has 3.

Chatard lists the schools their players went to grade/middle school on their program. Do GS and HH do that?

Well, 2 people want change, neither of whom are affiliated with the athletic department of an Indiana High School. If the schools themselves want change, they should petition the IHSAA and put it to a vote among member schools.
