Just want to make sure you understand my stance on this … because nothing you’ve said so far gives the slightest indication you do. i don’t care what happens to this particular individual … or any other undocumented aliens for that matter, as long as they are afforded their due process rights as guaranteed by the 14th Amendment. As long as they get a fair chance to air their side of the story and confront the evidence against them, then let the chips fall where they may. 1

Mr. Trump and his cronies took an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution, but it clear they only do this if it conforms to their personal agendas and vendettas. Well, technically anyone who has crossed the border illegally is by definition a criminal…but you already knew that. NO process on the way in but stacks of paper work and endless trials on the way out? Make it make sense.
