I came across many interesting high school nicknames from far and wide: River Forest (IN) Ingots, Bloom Township (IL) Blazing Trojans, Rhinelander (WI) Hodags, Kingsford (MI) Flivvers, Austin Westlake (TX) Chapparals, Aspen (CO) Skiers, and yes the San Dimas (CA) Dons.
