First_Backer_Inside Posted September 1 Posted September 1 Most of the non-conference games are out of the way this year with just a few teams that had to replace Wabash on their schedule playing out of conference still. This should be a fun season with multiple teams that can and will contend for the championship. Who ya got this week? Friday, Sep. 4 Benton Central vs. Manchester, 7 pm, Wabash Northfield at Maconaquah ©, 7 pm Peru at Cass ©, 7 pm Southwood at Northwestern ©, 7 pm Whitko at Rochester ©, 7 pm Quote

TightEndOpenAgain Posted September 1 Posted September 1 Agreed it will be a fun season. But I don’t see a close game on this week’s slate. “Home” teams all roll Quote

Peru is better than anticipated. Athletes can scoot and the offensive line play is very impressive. I think they rocked Cass early and they just never recovered. Cass is good enough to regroup and have the senior leadership to still be well in conference contention. They are gonna have to probably run the tables though. One loss in conference play this year is not as devastating as years past. Two losses can cause for hitting the panic button. 1 Quote
