fenderbender Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Coach Will passed away yesterday. Coached MD to their first SIAC title in 1984 and first state finals appearance in 1994. I will let others list his many other accomplishments on the football field. RIP Coach. Quote
NorthKnox94 Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Sorry to hear...prayers to his family and the MD community. 1 Quote
Titan32 Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Prayers for the family and friends of Coach Will. As a player I played against him in 87 and 88. Quote

We probably played against each other. Those were my So and Jr years playing for Coach Will. Not that I played a lot those seasons. Quote

I was the GS fullback in 87 and tailback in 88. Quote

MHSTigerFan Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Played against his teams back in the day. You always knew you were going to get a tough test from them. Got to know him a bit later on. He was a good man. RIP 1 Quote
MHSTigerFan Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Seeing the write up in the C&P, I had forgotten that Frank was an assistant at Rex Mundi until the day they closed their doors. He coached Bob Griese in high school. Quote
