GREAT stuff DT.  Seiss seems like a great guy who gets it.

I liked his honesty about being a bit overmatched in the firt few seasons.  He has clearly grown in to the job

He seems to have embraced it and is not making excuses either.

Spoke to enrollment but also talked about strength and conditioning programs in Indy being “superior.”

The stipends for Indy area head coaches drawfs the rest of the state.  That also can’t help matters.

What are Coach Seiss’ 8-3 responsibilities?

@DT - Suggestion for the format - put the coach's answer BELOW the question asked. That way the reader does not have to constantly scroll back up to read the question and the answer that is being given. Great job though!
