djbowzz
Could there be 3 Sectional Champs* in the CIC this year? Most will say no because the SOS is weak. I would like to believe there is a chance. Jay County at Mississinewa*, 7 pm Ole Miss seems to be coming together and the new QB1 is leading this high powered offense to a 6 game winning streak and 2nd place in the CIC. Ole Miss by 14. Oak Hill* at Bellmont, 7 pm Oak Hill RB1 can't be stopped by meager Defenses. Bellmont seems to give up lots of points. Oak Hill by 4 Tds. RB1 adding 4 or more to his TD count. Eastern at Eastbrook*, 7 pm Eastbrook keeps this train rolling. Running clock streak extended? Hopefully not, would love to see A squad go the full 4 quarters. Eastern keeps it close for a few, can't handle the hurry up offense. Eastbrook by 30 Lapel at Frankton, 7 pm Frankton improving week by week. Future looks good. Lapel by 25. Blackford at Tipton, 7 pm Tipton has the easiest path to the Sectional Final. Tipton by as much as they want. Alexandria at Elwood, 7 pm Could be the best game for the CIC teams. First matchup Alex wins by 14. See the same happening in this one also. Alex by 14. South Adams at Madison-Grant, 7 pm Runner up for best game of the night. South Adams to high powered for MG unfortunately. SA by 21. Good luck to all teams. Hope all stay healthy and injury free!
Indiansreloaded
Mississinewa over Jay County by how ever much they want to win by. Alexandria over Elwood. Question will be will Elwood be looking for another new coach? It seems that they have to hire new head coach's about every other year across the board in all sports. South Adams over MG but this game will be closer than we all think. MG will put up a fight and may pull it off at the last second but SA has too much power and will win. Tipton over Blackford. Tipton has on their schedule a date with Eastbrook in the Sectional as they want to show why they should be back in the CIC or why they aren't in the CIC anymore. Lapel over Frankton. Frankton is still a year or two away from being able to compete with their rival. Eastbrook over Eastern. Eastern wants to be part of the CIC and will be up to the challenge but Eastbrook is just too much for them. Eastbrook is #1 in the AP and #2 in the Coach's polls. Eastbrook is looking forward to Tipton and Luers. Oak Hill over Bellmont. Bellmont has won only 1 game this year. They have some talent but they are ready for wrestling season to begin. I do believe that Mississinewa, Oak Hill, and Eastbrook will be Sectional Champions this year. As far as Regional Champs, that is questionable for all 3 as Eastbrook would play Luers. Mississinewa would face Leo which would be a tall task to win. Oak Hill would have West Lafayette or Brebeuf. Good Luck to all CIC teams and represent the CIC well in the tournament. GV5
Mississinewa by 35. Jayco is improvingbut need to give zugunda time.. Ole Miss is coming into their own again but can be scored upon with a good game plan. Alexandria by a td! Alexandria has to find the face of their school! Who can lead them on the field! Numbers are down and need addressed! Need best 11 on the field! Elwood is playing hard just not much talent! Will put a scare into Alexandria. South Adam's by 14. Madison-Grant is improving but tough task here. South adams is down a little bit but still to much talent! I believe this will come down to turnovers! Lapel wins by 42! Frankton won the rivalry last week easily but will have let down this week. Lapel will rest players by the late 3rd early 4th. Frankto headed in right direction! Eastbrook by 42! Eastern is a little weaker than last couple years. Eastbrook to prove they are not the typical 1 dimensional team. Going to make a statement! Oak Hill wins this by 49. Belmont is down and have not been competitive in 1 of their losses. Oak hill will be prepared and ready to strike. Good luck to all the CIC teams! Stay healthy! Kooldude
Jay County at Mississinewa - I don't think Jay County will be able to stop Campbell. Mississinewa has been coming on and will win by 3 TDs Oak Hill at Bellmont - Oak Hill has played well after a slow start. That's their normal way it seems. They are much better than last year and win going away. Eastern at Eastbrook - Eastbrook will take care of business. I think a slow start, with a close game for a bit, then they pull away and win by at least 4 TDs Lapel at Frankton - I like the direction of the Frankton program, but Lapel is too much for them. Lapel by 21. Blackford at Tipton - No contest! Should be a running clock at kick off. And yes, Tipton will be in finals against Eastbrook. An easy road to the finals. Alexandria at Elwood - Should be a good game. Alex won first meeting by 14 when they were rolling on offense. For whatever reason offense has been stagnant, if they don't find it tonight, it will be an Elwood upset, 22-20 South Adams at Madison-Grant - Should be a good game, but South Adams is too good for an up and coming MG team. South Adams by

sr1
We are still $770.00 away from being able to pay all the forums bills this year. A $30.00 donation to the Gridiron Digest allows you to enjoy the board without the adds.
GV5
Heard Lapel rb may have got dinged up? If so Eastbrook will tear into them. Lapel relies on him for a majority of their offense.
