In my opinion, 39 and 40 are pretty much set it in stone.  In 38, I pulled two "North" schools down to the south because I think driving down south for them w/ access to 65 might make easier trips than driving across the state. 

As far as the north goes, I think you are spot on.  i don't know the south well enough to evaluate.  It makes sense what you did in the north, so the IHSAA will probably find a way to shuffle it up.  The will at least make it so Eastbrook isn't in the same sectional as Luers.
