Interesting tidbit.  I did not know he was not residing in the Spencer/Owen County area.  That would have been a tough daily commute.

using 231, it is a pretty clear shot into Spencer at least traffic wise. still a bit of a distance.

I notice you said clear shot and not straight shot. Lol

If I had to drive north from Spencer on 231 on a daily basis, I would want some hazard pay! Especially during ice/snow season.

A more detailed article in the Indy Star.  This should have an immediate impact on the program.  I expect 4-5 wins in '23.
