  1. Past hour
  2. 1. Carroll - The Chargers looked really really really good on Friday. Good enough that I started comparing them to great SAC teams of the past. But I'll pump the breaks a little bit until after I see what happens down at Center Grove on Friday. 2. Dwenger - They beat Roncalli. Enough said. If you think you're better than Dwenger, then prove it on the field. 3. East Noble - No one really knows how good their Week 1 opponent was on Friday, other than they're loaded with D1 talent. That being said.........19-0? One hell of a showing by the Kendallville kids. 4. Homestead - I'm not going to pull the plug on the Spartans just yet. They lost big to Westfield 49-21, but they were gritty enough to make it 35-21 at one point in the game. Losing big to Westfield doesn't mean you're not good, it just means that Homestead's chances of making a deep playoff run this year isn't looking that good. 5. Adams Central - These guys just continue to win. They reload better than any team in Northeast Indiana. Kudos to the coaching staff over there. They've built a machine that doesn't stop. 6. Snider - Warsaw returned several starters from last season, and some thought this team would be pretty good. Snider had them down 30-18 midway through the 4th, which tells me that Snider isn't so bad themselves. I'll take that game with a grain of salt............they always struggle against "Bart Ball" (Warsaw & Mishawaka). 7. Columbia City - Last Friday's impressive win over Northwood was an eye opener. I'm not sure how good Northwood is, but...............they're Northwood. Massive test this Friday against Northridge. 8. Leo - Nice win against Wayne, but we need to see more. We'll find out how tough this teams when they drive down to Indy this Friday to take on Chatard. 9. Dekalb - Impressive win against the Railroaders on Friday. Probably looking at 3-0 before getting into the meat of their schedule. 10. Northrop - Unfortunately the Bruins didn't get an opportunity to showcase themselves on Friday. That being said. They were good last year and return some serious talent. The drawback is the new head coach. We're not sure what he's capable of yet. I think this is a fair spot to put the Bruins.......................for now. On the outside looking in? Bishop Luers, Bluffton, North Side, South Side
  3. I'm not an audio guy. Maybe @Bcastercan give some advice. He's semi retired now.
  4. Corydon @ Paoli 42-13 Crawford County vs Brown County (Game played @ Mitchell) 22-20 Forest Park @ Perry Central 35-13 Mitchell @ Springs Valley 62- 8 West Washington @ Tell City 24-21 Charlestown @ Brownstown 21-20 Madison @ Jennings County 44-14 Salem @ Silver Creek 45-14 Scottsburg @ North Harrison 21-7
  5. I don't think that speeds me up much in finding where to place adds etc.
  6. Reitz is no Mater Dei You know what sucks more than editing audio? Transcribing audio. I had to do that before the AI era. If you were good, you could transcribe 1 minute of audio in about 3 minutes. ETA: Is there an AI that can edit my podcast? 7. If AI will edit my audio via audacity....point me in the right direction. I am lost on the Reitz thing....I have no clue what you are talking about at this point.
  8. I think you're talking about John Harrell's game predictions, not Jeff Sagarin. You mean the ones he used to have in the game capsules, right? Like this from a previous season, right? 9. Just a fad or here to stay? Will co-ops or possible school consolidations make 8-man a less desirable format?
  10. I mean he did go to Reitz... How long does it take AI to edit it for you?
  11. Eight-Man Teams Waldron Mohawks Morristown Jackets Indiana Deaf Orioles Wabash Apaches Greenwood Christian Hawks Union (Dugger) Bulldogs Tri-State Crusaders Kosciusko Thunder South Newton Rebels For all your eight-man news and discussions!

  13. Greenfield Central playing Alexandria and only winning by a score
  14. Just don't forget where you post your Coach Hart show.
  15. General PAC discussion here....weekly predicions in the weekly threads. Or at least that is how it's been done for the last 10 years or so.
  16. Put your $ where your mouth is. Post your Top 10!
  17. Not sure whether we are supposed to talk about that over here, on the Week 1 PAC Thread or Week 2 PAC Thread? @Titan32?
  18. Yeah....was cringy seeing folks post that play on twitter....I had to look away.
  19. Fine. I'll move my stuff over here. Predictor Tool (using Sagarin ratings, so in-state only) Boonville is a 14.0-point favorite at Mt. Vern. (Posey) with a 2.2-point HFA. Boonville 74.55%, Mt. Washington with a 2.2-point HFA. Tell City 54.78%, W. Washington 45.22%.
  20. Is a hook-and-ladder a trick play? Just putting it on tape to keep better teams honest. I'm more worried about offsides penalties and HH's inability to block/kick XPs.
  21. Fun start to the season for the TRC. Northfield beats North Miami. Maconaquah with an impressive win, and Cass with an impressive showing even though they couldn't quite beat the defending 1A North Champs. Who ya got for Week 2 Friday, Aug. 28 Cass at Northfield ©, 7 pm Maconaquah at Carroll, 7 pm Madison-Grant at Southwood, 7 pm Northwestern at Eastern, 7 pm Peru at Whitko ©, 7 pm Rochester at Tippecanoe Valley, 7 pm Tipton at Manchester, 7 pm
  22. Need a new thread every week....appears as if we have more content LOL
  23. IFCA Week 2 Poll 5A: 4. Castle 15. North 4A: 15. Reitz 3A: 1. Memorial (8) 6. Mater Dei
  24. Do we really need a new thread for this? Why can't we keep it in the 2026 PAC thread?
  25. Not on ours. Although Memorial's roster has a distinct Bosse flair in the TD column this week. Not the mention the southern accent in Northern Spencer county.
  26. Andrean at Luers - Knights by 7. Luers is scheduling two tough opponents to start the season in preparation for another postseason run. Carroll at Center Grove - Chargers by 1. Is this finally the year Carroll gets past the Trojans? Decatur Central at Wayne - Hawks by many. It could be back-to-back shutouts for the Generals. East Noble at Snider - Panthers by 3. There’s no way Snider is losing the opening game in its new stadium after waiting forever to get it built. Concordia at Eastside - Cadets by 10 over Eastbrook. Fortunately, they don't actually play Eastside. Dwenger at St. Francis De Sales (Ohio) - Saints 7–0 in OT. The Saints will try to wear down every opponent this year and then win every game in overtime. North Side at New Haven - North Side by 14. The Legends bounce back with a win. Northrop at Warsaw - Bruins by 7. Northrop vows not to let the Tigers run all over them like they did against Snider last week. South Side at St. Joseph - Huskies by 10. Great start by the Archers last week, but St. Joe's could be a tough matchup. Noblesville at Homestead - Millers by 17. If Sparty is looking for an upset, the defense will have to step up this week.
