I don't disagree with the Georgia QB situation, but still think ND wins a close game last year if Beck were the QB . But do you see how you use these things to fit your narrative ? You will say that Georgia lost because of a Rookie QB , but you won't agree that Notre dame lost this year to Miami/A&M with a Rookie QB making his first college starts . And that ND really laid it on Georgie , where as they barely lost to Miami/A&m .

I wouldn't call it greed . If you went to two job interviews and company A was paying 100K with decent benefits , company B was paying 250K with better benefits . Which one are you choosing ?

Correct , Notre Dames media deal with NBC/ACC almost mirrors what Big 10 schools get . Notre Dame can schedule who they want and keep ALL of their bowl money . So why do they need a conference ?

In the 90's when ND was thinking about joining the Big 10 , their cut of the TV revenue would of been about 2.7 million per year . They were getting 7 million per year from their NBC contract . They said no to the Big 10 .

Yep , look at the scores of their games , ND beat them much worse than ANY SEC school . Arkansas was actually very competitive in a lot of their games . Not with ND though , we got their coach fired .

It's very hard to go 12-0 in the regular season this day and age in college football . That's why more than half the SEC struggled with Arkansas , LOL

But it was their only loss in the regular season . Had they had two losses last year , they would not of got in .

We as fans and the media seen the improvements ND made from games 1 & 2 to game 5 and beyond . Game one vs Miami freshman QB making his first college start and a brand new DC in his first game at ND . It took Miami a Circus catch for a TD and a last second FG to beat us in Miami . Just look at game 5 for ND. Notre Dame - 56 Ark - 13 ( IN Feyetville ) Tenn- 34 Ark- 31 A&M -45 Ark - 42 Auburn-33 Ark - 24 Miss St-38 Ark - 35 LSU - 23 Ark - 22 Texas - 52 - Ark - 37 Missu - 31 Ark - 17 ND's win over the Razorbacks is much more impressive than any of these 7 SEC schools .

They might have a better win , but they sure as shit have a much worse loss as well . Bama got mud stomped by a 5-7 FSU . Bama does not belong in the playoff period . They haven't looked good for the last 5 weeks .

When Alabama barely beat a bad Auburn team , they were ranked #10 in the CFP , with Notre Dame #9 . They flip flopped Notre Dame and Alabama after that game , this was the fix . Then when Bama got boat raced by Georgia , they did not move. Notre Dame should of stayed at #9 all along and Bama should of dropped out completely after their 3rd loss . People can say what they want , but ND never lost to an unranked team all year . Both Bama and Miami did .
