With rule changes..Its def a less brutal game now... has to b to survive.... dose that make the players soft? I dont think so.... FB has been evolving since its inception.. forward pass ect... part of it greatness me thinks....

The Spread is the natural response to a few big programs hoarding talent and ramming it down ur throat... in order for less talented programs to compete.. they had to find a way to isolate thier playmakers thus lessing the impact of being outmanned.... ie Basketball on Grass..... the roots having nothing to do w the vidio game culure... jmho

However... 2016 lost to Lcc... 2017 HC crown... 2018 Magnificent State Title team.... 2019 lost to Cass in HC Title game.... 2020... HC crown...ur own Bombers took em into 2ot before bowing out.... granted... thats still 3 out of the last 4 HC crowns to WL... The HC has been WLs playground since 2015? I spose u could make that case... Or mayb jus a nice run? If its a run.... who might b the HC team to knock em out this yr? Lcc? mayb ... but doubt it.... anyone else? Hmmmmmmm

Ranking is pretty much meaningless for Lcc with a sched of Tri West.. Guerin Cath... wl.... Tipton... RC... id give this team more than 2 games 2 c how they adjust/respond. They did manage to turn a 50-0 beatdown by wl into a State Title....Looks like they r goin south this yr... a 2A title now...would b compareable to their 1st one ......hmmmmm

Whoops gotta take that bac.... barring a rule change... an unlikely as it may be.... Pioneer and Lcc could take turns winning a Reg the next 2 yrs.... causing both to stay 2A...

They changed pts needed to stay up in each new 2yr cycle.... to 2pts... the Panthers hit that w a Reg win this yr.... so they stay 2A for at least 2 more yrs....

Of course.... as it stands now... if the ihsaa in its infinite wisdom puts the Panthers and Knights bac in the same Sec.... it guarantees that one of them will b competing for a 1A title in 3yrs...... somehow don't think that will happen.... but then again... ther is the WL BC GC BJ ect. model they could follow......

Yes..... this yr is the last harrah for Lcc in 1A for at least the next 2yrs... next yr they join Andrean, RC, Luers Easbrook,Tipton ect in 2A... Pioneer an Lcc replacing Webo who joined SR in 3A ... and EM, BC in 4A and so it goes......

Wouldn't SA also been at home if not for the Wimamac upset of NJ... as Lcc would have then been sched at hm for Reg..... only the ishaa can say for sure.... but I think it all jus progresses as it normally would... whic I what I thout the Ihsaa said at the beginning.... who knows?

Depends on how the covid tournament game cancelations have been defined by the Ihsaa... Did they say they were considered games not played? ..... or forfeits? Or what?.... A bye game only applied to the initial sec bracket annual ping pong drop..... or not? Hmmmmmm

Similar to last yrs game w Luth.... I think Lcc needs to hold SA to at least 28pts to hav a chance in this one.... havin given up 32 las wk..... not sure the knight D will b up for the challenge...... if they do get into a track meet w SA..... well then ... lcc will need a break to counter SAs experience..... jmho
