Chesterton and Northrop are working on a deal from what I have heard....but it may have to wait for 2024. Rumor is that Northrop may play Wayne as Nonconference game in week 2 for 2023 then play the Chesterton the following year but Chesterton is trying to get out of a contract they have with a school from Illinois. That was what Northrop's Ad said in conversation

*Per Source North may be picking up their Mishawaka contract... Cavemen currently need a week 2 game for 2022 but that may be a place holder for a long term with North The legends (at the time Redskins) played the cavemen from 2011-2014

Panthers......I think this is the week they figure it out Chargers.......Bet the over, lots of points Bruins.....Wayne keeps it close. Long drives from the Bruins make it low scoring. Saints.......No let down in the saints. Spartans......will get better on offense in this game.

BD by 7-------- Its going to be tight, but I think BD has just enough to slow down number 2.... Wayne by 2.........Wayne is better than people think. Carroll by 13..............I wanted to pick Snider but I think they need more time to improve. They will get better but I don't think it will be enough Northrop by 18...............Lots of distractions this week for the Bruins, how will they manage it? IMO Just give it to 34 and they will be just fine. Homestead by 10......Spartans rebound. Lots of good match ups going to be a great year in the SAC!

I have always loved North Side, in Fort Wayne as well. Its got such a great old school setting . Right in the middle of the neighborhood.

Very bias , but Spuller Stadium is a great place for football . Even better with the new turf!
