  1. Fastest team speed as a whole that I've ever witnessed for Judson. Don't have the normal big bodies that judson typically has but that doesn't mean they don't have the weightroom numbers.
  2. NJSP @ Culver- Tough string of games coming up for Culver. Next chance won't be until week 9. 56-0 NM @ Pioneer- Curious to see if NM will be as chippy this week as they were with Judson. 42-6 SCUM @ Caston- Caston wins 55-7. Think they end the season 7-2 Triton @ Winamac- Closest game of the week but Winamac still wins easy. Warrios 34-14
  3. North Miami @ North Judson-Judson rolls. 42-7 Triton @ South Central- Triton sure seemed to fall off a cliff but still hang on this week. 28-21 Culver @ Winamac- Winamac bounces back after a butt kicking last week. 21-0 Pioneer @ Caston- Caston has a good team but Pioneer will come out with a solid reminder that they are the big dog like they did last week. 35-13
  4. Week 4 is here. North Miami @ North Judson Triton @ South Central Culver @ Winamac Pioneer @ Caston
  5. I know North Judson's is a little different this year. Looks like @Jays has the photo in his bio.
  6. Caston at NM - Comets stay strong with their best start since 2009. Comets win 28-14 Culver at Triton - Triton gets in the win column. Cavs look to have a tough season ahead of them. - Trojans win 21-7 NJSP at SC - SC's young team has a ways to go. Good week for the jays to get some reps in after the injury last week to the big man. Jays win 60-0 Winamac at Pioneer - Panthers zero in on Rugg and limit the Warriors O. Panthers win 28-6
  7. North Judson @ LaVille- Young hosses up front clear enough room for their athletes to make plays. Jays 35-7 Boone Grove @ South Central- The young teams best chance at a win for the year. SCUM 27-20 Taylor @ North Miami- NM learning but Taylor doesn't look to have much. Warriors 21-0 West Central @ Culver- WC rebounds after the week 1 rivalry loss. 34-14 Triton @ Bremen- Bremen wins 28-7 Winamac @ Frontier- Winamac starts off 2-0 for the first time since 2021. Warriors 30-20 North White @ Caston.- Comets are burnin hot. Looking for 2-0 for the first time since 2009. Comets 56-0 Pioneer @ Knox- Pioneer gets knox after a rough week of film and practice for the Redskins. Knox is big and can cause some problems but not many athletes. Panthers 21-12
  8. Week 2 is here. North Judson @ LaVille Boone Grove @ South Central Taylor @ North Miami West Central @ Culver Triton @ Bremen Winamac @ Frontier North White @ Caston Pioneer @ Knox
  9. Judson had a running clock in the 3rd.
  10. Caston at Whitko, Caston Logansport at Peru, Berries Maconaquah at Sheridan, Blackhawks Northfield at North Miami-Warriors Northwestern at Manchester Tigers Pioneer at Cass- Panthers Southwood at Rochester- Zebras
  11. Knox @ North Judson- Jays catch a few breaks with Knox figuring out their offensive identity post their Mr Football era. 28-14 South Central @ Wheeler- Wheeler seems to be getting close to their late 2000s era of decent football teams. 35-7 LaVille @Triton- LaVille with a hard hitting win in week 1. 21-0 Central Noble @ Culver- Cavs pull out the win. 22-20 Caston @ Whitko- Is this the year Caston makes a run at the top 3? Early blowout could tell us here. 35-14 West Central @ Winamac- Only bc they are returning their coach. 20-12 Northfield @ North Miami- Warriors won't be as tough but still handle Northfield 26-6 Pioneer @ Lewis Cass- Pioneer starting a freshmen at qb? Lot of replacements from last year but Panthers find their groove in second half and pull away. 28-13
  12. It's finally football season. Will Pioneer run away with the league again or will they have challengers? Judson has the athletes to be very good this year but the biggest question on them is if they have the hosses up front. Winamac has another new coach, could he change the culture? Is this the year Triton finally gets over the hump in football? Knox @ North Judson South Central @ Wheeler LaVille @Triton Central Noble @ Culver Caston @ Whitko West Central @ Winamac Northfield @ North Miami Pioneer @ Lewis Cass
  13. Would love to see the old NJSP/RCHS rivalry restored.
  14. You think? I’d flip flop it. both very tough teams though. interesting enough, both teams had a big let down last year in playoffs. Did those losses fuel this 2025 run?
  15. It looked like mostly the speed and quickness of the d line. They did have a lot of mental mistakes like false starts but that’ll happen when you feel overwhelmed.
  16. Yes and he never stood a chance. D line consistently dominated and was often in the backfield before he got to the line. Even King Henry isn’t doing much then.
  17. Guess I'd be a terrible weatherman because I didn't see that. Does Luers throw the ball at all?
  18. Weather looks like it's going to be fairly nice!
  19. Did we say that they wouldn't have seen a team like Pioneer? What a wild out of the blue comparison to a team from week 1. Let's hope Pioneer isn't half the team that Marion Local is because that would result in a 2-3 score win like i predicted. I want it to be a close game as I like good football.
  20. They'll put pressure on them. I think Pioneer wins this game by 2-3 scores. SA definitely has a really good passing attack. QB can sling it better than any 1A QB i've seen in a while.
  21. Pioneer controls the game if everyone is healthy. South Putnam rolls Milan. Ultimately I think SP wins it all this year.
  22. Yeah, their defense kept them in a lot of games this year. Offensive timing and turnovers were the achilles heal for the jays in their games against decent squads. That often happens when you have a fairly young team like they did. I give this team a lot of credit for continuing to fight all season long. They had a huge blow week 1 when they lost their best player and D1 commit. Lambert will have them locked in this offseason and look for the Jays to be an extremely tough out the next 2 years.
  23. Mostly because the majority people in the north who have been following 1A expected Pioneer to be the team playing at Semi state instead of NJ or LaVille. LaVille will be a tough out though.
  24. Superior offense. They've been my 1A North pick since week 2 when they gave Knox their toughest game of the year. (ok...maybe one of the toughest) LaVille is battle tested and one of the hottest 1A teams but Pioneer is a well oiled machine. I didn't realize it was at LaVille so that'll make it closer but I still expect Pioneer to win this game.
  25. I think both knox and Pioneer win by a few scores.
