  3. https://www.mediaite.com/news/ca-woman-tells-latino-cop-hes-a-murderer-and-says-youre-always-gonna-be-a-mexican-youll-never-be-white-during-traffic-stop/ CA Woman Tells Latino Cop He’s a ‘Murderer’ and Says ‘You’re Always Gonna Be a Mexican, You’ll Never Be White’ During Traffic Stop By Michael LucianoMay 3rd, 2021, 8:45 pm 687 comments Body camera footage from a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy captured an interaction with a motorist who repeatedly told the officer, who is Latino, that he’s a “murderer.” The footage was posted by Fox News’ Bill Melugin, who says he has identified the woman in the exchange but is choosing not to release her name at the moment. The ugly incident happened in San Dimas, CA on April 23 (assuming the body camera’s time stamp is accurate) when a deputy pulled over a motorist for allegedly using her cell phone while driving, which is against the law. As the officer approaches the vehicle, the driver says she was going under the speed limit, which he acknowledges and tells her that wasn’t the issue. “I pulled you over because–” “You’re a murderer,” she interrupts while also recording him. Later, in true Karen fashion she asks, “And can you call your supervisor, please?” The motorist accuses the deputy of “harassing” her, telling him, “You scared me and made me think you were going to murder me.” “Ok, well, I’m sorry you feel that way,” he replies. “Well that’s not just a feeling. You’re a murderer.” “Ok.” Later she says, “I’m perfectly legal and I’m a teacher.” “Congratulations,” says the deputy. “You’re a murderer.” She later claims, “You’re threatening to kill me and my son,” who apparently is also in the car during the stop. The deputy asks if the car she’s driving is hers. “Yes it is. You’re trying to say I stole my own car because you’re jealous? Is that what that’s about?” The deputy’s supervisor arrives and informs the woman she’s being cited only for using her phone while driving. Throughout the exchange the deputy remains remarkably stolid. Melugin said on Twitter that Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva told him that he’s “proud of his deputy for staying calm and professional during this interaction.” Melugin also notes that the San Dimas station of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department doesn’t officially have body cameras yet, but this deputy invested in one for himself. As for the motorist, Melugin reports she has been a professor at Los Angeles-area schools and that she has a history of filing complaints against officers. This time was no different. After the stop, she called the Sheriff’s Department to file a harassment complaint against the deputy. No where in this story is the woman's race mentioned........in case you are wondering, she is a POC, African American, Black.......I truly don't believe this is what Dr. MLK had in mind So SF was informed a number of years ago on this very forum that a POC couldn't be racist............AND - I think I have been vindicated......
  4. https://www.natlawreview.com/article/president-biden-issues-proclamation-adding-india-to-covid-19-travel-restrictions-us President Biden Issues Proclamation Adding India to COVID-19 Travel Restrictions (US) Monday, May 3, 2021 On April 30, 2021, the President issued another Proclamation suspending entry into the United States of nonimmigrants and noncitizens who were physically present within the Republic of India during the 14-day period preceding their attempted entry into the United States. These restrictions take effect at 12:01 am EDT on May 4, 2021 and remain in effect until terminated by order of the President. The scope of this Proclamation is similar to those issued by President Trump covering China, Iran, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the European Schengen Area, and Brazil. On January 25, 2021, President Biden signed a Proclamation continuing the suspension of entry of certain travelers from these countries and added South Africa. The following categories of individuals are exempted from the entry restrictions: U.S. citizens, noncitizen nationals and lawful permanent residents; Spouse of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; Parent or legal guardian of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, if the U.S. citizen or permanent resident is unmarried and under the age of 21; Sibling of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, provided that both are unmarried and under the age of 21; Child, foster child, or ward of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or who is a prospective adoptee seeking to enter the United States pursuant to the IR-4 or IH-4 visa classifications; Noncitizen (foreign national) traveling at the invitation of the U.S. government for a purpose related to containment or mitigation of the virus; Nonimmigrant crewmembers holding C-1, D or C-1/D nonimmigrant visas; Noncitizen seeking entry or transiting the United States under an A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4 or NATO-6 visa; Noncitizen whose entry would further important United States law enforcement objectives; or Noncitizen whose entry would be in the national interest as determined by the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security or their designees. While the National Interest Exception (NIE), referenced in the last bullet point, has been included in all of the geographic Proclamations issued since February 2020, the qualifying criteria has evolved over time. One could even say, the definition of “national interest” has mutated. Per recent guidance issued by the State Department, national interest includes travelers “who are seeking to provide vital support for critical infrastructure sectors” or seeking to enter the United States “for purposes related to humanitarian travel, public health response, and national security.” In addition, the State Department has determined the following individuals automatically qualify for an NIE: Fiancé(e)s. Students and certain academics covered by exchange visitor programs; students with academic programs beginning August 1, 2021 or later; students with valid F-1 and M-1 visas intending to begin or continue an academic program from August 1, 2021 or later; Journalists. Pilots and aircrew traveling to the United States for training or aircraft pickup, delivery, or maintenance. Certain J-1 exchange visitors, including: Au pair caring for children of U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or nonimmigrants when the au pair possesses special skills required for a child with particular needs (e.g., medical, special education, or sign language); Au pair that prevents a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other nonimmigrant from becoming a public health charge or ward of the state or of a medical or other public funded institution; Au pair providing childcare services for a child whose parents are involved with the provision of medical care to individuals who have contracted COVID-19 or COVID-19 related medical research at United States facilities; Travel for an exchange program conducted pursuant to an MOU, Statement of Intent, or other valid agreement or arrangement between a foreign government and the U.S. government designed to promote U.S. national interests if the agreement or arrangement with the foreign government was in effect prior to June 24, 2020; Interns and Trainees on U.S. government agency-sponsored programs; Specialized Teachers in Accredited Educational Institutions with a program number beginning with “G-5” on Form DS-2019; Travel in support of critical foreign policy objectives; limited to exchange visitors participating in a small number of exchange programs that fulfill critical and time sensitive foreign policy objectives, per the State Department guidelines; and Derivative family members accompanying noncitizen who is excepted from or otherwise not subject to the Proclamation and who is engaging in certain types of long-term employment, studies, or research of four weeks or longer. NIEs have become increasingly difficult to obtain in recent months, particularly for standard business visitors, but even for many workers on visas related to critical infrastructure sectors, with the Department of State often determining that their activities can be properly conducted remotely or that the connection to critical infrastructure is insufficient. Did anyone else notice the difference from the left on this latest travel ban from President Biden? SF thought the left believed ALL travel bans were racist.......
  5. https://nypost.com/2021/05/02/even-bigger-lies-by-cuomo-to-cover-up-nursing-home-scandal/ While Gov. Andrew Cuomo was securing a reported $4 million deal to write a book on his pandemic “leadership,” he and his staff were busy suppressing the truth about New York’s nursing-home deaths in the wake of the March 25 order that forced homes to admit COVID-contagious patients. And it now turns out the coverup was even worse than we’d thought. On top of blocking health officials from telling the truth, senior staffers also quashed a scientific paper that reported the true fatality total, The New York Times reported. A June 18 e-mail from top aide Melissa DeRosa to health officials shows Team Cuomo was “anxious” about a pending Department of Health report on nursing-home coronavirus fatalities and out to downplay the idea that the March 25 mandate had proved deadly. The Cuomoites were publicly citing a nursing-home death toll of about 6,000 by ignoring home residents who’d died while hospitalized. The draft report shared the full count of over 9,700, noting that the homes accounted for “approximately 35 percent” of all NY coronavirus deaths. But DeRosa — who at the same time was intimately involved in the gov’s book-deal negotiations — and other staff got all that edited out. The final report said the homes only yielded 21 percent of the state’s virus death total, making it seem below, rather than above, the US average. Cuomo, the Times reports, acknowledged in an October call with DeRosa, Health Commissioner Howard Zucker and others that the full figures would have to come out eventually. But by then he’d already scored his fat book advance. For months, Zucker and others refused to release the full info, pretending that they needed to check the data first. After the truth came out, DeRosa privately told Democratic legislators Team Cuomo withheld the truth out of fear of a probe by the Trump Justice Department — a provable lie, since the coverup began long before the feds started sniffing. Cuomo, meanwhile, has fallen back on the first lie, again claiming last Thursday that “the concern for the state was that we provide accurate numbers.” Give it up, governor: Your blatant dishonesty is an insult to the dead, and it won’t save your skin. Crafty Cuomo is back in the news. Still wondering which scandal will be his downfall, "Granny Killer" or "Handsy Andy"
  6. https://wcti12.com/news/local/monday-funeral-for-man-shot-and-killed-by-nc-deputies-rev-al-sharpton-to-deliver-eulogy So the Reverend Al Sharpton is going to deliver the eulogy in NC for a convicted felon with a 180 page rap sheet who had just recently sold drugs to undercover officers and was shot dead trying to "run away" with an automobile leaving tracks for about 50 yards after hitting one (or more) officers with said vehicle. "How was he a threat to them officers, he had both hands on the steering wheel" one of his relatives lamented...... Both hands on the steering wheel......I kinda have to believe the vehicle may have been the weapon the officers were concerned about......
  7. I think here's a great start to this thread. "Big Gretch is the homie. When she finds out about this, she might be a little upset." https://thepostmillennial.com/watch-new-video-shows-mi-state-rep-jewell-jones-refusing-orders-from-officers-at-livingston-county-jail?fbclid=IwAR3mesnlLANCG0lPm5scL6q8rcWeDybgHXMOo4eN4kNyV-GxYugQEQ7vXY8 Jones can be seen in the officer’s bodycam video refusing almost every command from officers as they try to book him into the jail. He mentions Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer several times. "Big Gretch is the homie. When she finds out about this, she might be a little upset." Officers remained calm and polite towards Jones as he continued to argue with police over mask compliance and other orders. Jones was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and resisting arrest after State police troopers said they found Jones’ SUV with the vanity plate ELECTED in a ditch on I-96 near Fowlerville. Jones is charged with resisting arrest, operating while intoxicated, reckless driving and possession of a weapon while under the influence of alcohol. Dashcam footage was released Sunday showing Democrat Michigan state Representative Jewell Jones resisting arrest after driving into a ditch on the ride of a road while intoxicated. Jones repeatedly said once on the ground that he would cooperate if they took their hands off him, but continued to resist arrest. "I'm being abused by a f--ing police officer, I'm black... When I call Gretchen, I'll need y'all IDs and badge numbers, everything," Jones continued. In a clip of the Livingston County Police footage from WXYZ 7, Jones asks officers while in a police cruiser to call the Director of the Michigan State Police Col. Joseph Gasper. "Tell Joe who you got, and call f--ing Joe. I'm not sure he's up or not. If he's not up, wake him up. Tell Joe who you have, tell Joe who you have handcuffed. Jones reportedly had a blood-alcohol Content of 0.19 percent, more than twice the legal limit, and had a gun in his cup holder. Charges being faced by Jones include resisting and obstructing a police officer, operating a motor vehicle with high blood alcohol content, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a weapon under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Jones is an auxiliary officer with the Inkster Police Department, according to WXYZ 7.
  8. It is noteworthy that BLM and NAACP are both silent on "Uncle Tim".......SF wonders why they want to ignore this......
  9. https://nypost.com/2021/04/29/sen-tim-scott-attacked-as-uncle-tim-on-twitter-after-gop-rebuttal/ Twitter allowed a racial slur about Sen. Tim Scott, the only black Republican senator, to trend on its site for hours after he was attacked as an “Uncle Tim” for saying “America is not a racist country” in his rebuttal to President Biden’s first address to a joint session of Congress. The term began to trend on Twitter late Wednesday evening after Scott noted in his speech that he has been the subject of derogatory comments about his race because of his political views. It wasn’t until Thursday morning that the social media giant stopped the attacks from appearing in its Trends. Scott, in an appearance Thursday on “Fox & Friends,” slammed the use of the slur by his detractors, adding “you cannot step out of your lane according to the liberal elite left.” “Intolerance so often comes from the left with words like ‘Uncle Tim’ being used against me by the left, and last night what was trending on social media was ‘Uncle Tim,’” Scott said. “It is stunning in 2021 that those who speak about ending discrimination want to end it by more discrimination.” Toure, an MSNBC contributor, remarked on Twitter that Scott “gets called Uncle Tom by progressives. But he’s an Uncle Tim.” He returned to Twitter on Thursday to elaborate. “What makes Tim Scott an Uncle Tim? He has siblings and they have kids. Duh. Also he was on TV denying that America is racist thus aiding and abetting white supremacy,” he said in a post. Controversial racial justice activist Tariq Nasheed used the term to say Scott was speaking “in bad faith” and to “protect white supremacists.” Tim Scott in GOP response to Biden: ‘Hear me clearly — America is not a racist country’ “A major strategy of racists, is to incentivize one of it’s [sic] Black victims to act as the crash test dummy for white supremacy. When Uncle Tim Scott says America is not a racist country, he is fully aware he is speaking in bad faith. The purpose is to protect white supremacists.” Conservatives came to Scott’s defense, with Republican spokesman Paris Dennard calling on Biden and the Democratic Party to denounce use of the slur. “Sen. @votetimscott is an honorable man. He’s fought for Black Americans his entire life. HBCU funding, Criminal Justice & Police Reform, School Choice & Opportunity Zones. Bigotry should always be denounced. Biden & Democrats should denounce the disgusting use of ‘Uncle Tim’!,” Dennard posted. Mollie Hemingway, an editor at The Federalist and a Fox News contributor, blasted Twitter for “choosing to trend a racist attack from the left” on Scott. “Twitter is still out here going out of its way to make racist attacks against GOP Sen. Tim Scott go viral. Apparently they want him to suffer for the crime of upstaging Biden via a highly effective speech. Disgusting,” she said Wednesday night on the social media site. Twitter finally blocked the phrase from appearing in Trends on Thursday morning. “This is in line with our policies on Trends,” a Twitter spokesperson told Fox News. “This means that at times, we may not allow or may temporarily prevent content from appearing in Trends until more context is available,” the spokesperson said. “This includes Trends that violate The Twitter Rules.” The spokesperson blamed “an algorithm” for allowing “Uncle Tim” to trend. “This algorithm identifies topics that are popular now, rather than topics that have been popular for a while or on a daily basis, to help you discover the hottest emerging topics of discussion on Twitter,” the spokesperson said. Scott, in an appearance Thursday on “Fox & Friends,” said the “left has doubled down on this concept of liberal oppression.” “Intolerance so often comes from the left with words like ‘Uncle Tim’ being used against me by the left, and last night what was trending on social media was ‘Uncle Tim,’” Scott said. “It is stunning in 2021 that those who speak about ending discrimination want to end it by more discrimination.” In his blistering response to Biden’s address, Scott said the president offered “empty platitudes” about national unity and blasted him for accusing the US of “systemic racism” in remarks following the conviction of former police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd. “Hear me clearly: America is not a racist country. It’s backwards to fight discrimination with different discrimination. And it’s wrong to try to use our painful past to dishonestly shut down debates in the present. “Original sin is never the end of the story. Not in our souls and not for our nation. The real story is always redemption,” Scott said. What else would you expect from the left?
  10. After having his teeth fixed - He's back on the hunt..... https://nypost.com/2021/04/27/hunter-biden-to-speak-about-fake-news-at-tulane-university/ Hunter Biden nabbed a speaking gig at Tulane University to talk with students about “fake news” for a course called “Media Polarization and Public Policy Impacts.” The 51-year-old son of President Biden will join the class to discuss “the current state of the media landscape in the United States and how media polarization, fake news and the economics of the new business impact public policymaking in Washington, DC,” according to Fox News. Biden is one of 10 guests speakers invited by the New Orleans university during the 10-week course. Other speakers include Dr. Deborah Birx, New York Times columnist Bret Stephens and Fox News political analyst Juan Williams. Hunter Biden, who The Post exclusively reported helped arrange a 2015 meeting between his then-vice president father and his Ukrainian energy firm executive boss — whom the elder Biden later helped shield from investigation — is better known for his drug, sex and legal scandals than his media expertise. In the weeks before the 2020 election, social media outlets censored The Post over the report, and mainstream news outlets ignored it, over lack of faith in its veracity. After his father won the presidency, Hunter disclosed the federal government was indeed investigating his overseas business dealings. The first son also said the laptop at the center of the report, containing emails that revealed his business dealings in Ukraine and China, could “certainly” have been his, as his book tour swung through CBS earlier this month. He also claimed it could have been stolen from him, or hacked by Russia as part of a misinformation campaign, the latter a claim that intelligence agents have refuted. “Whether or not somebody has my laptop, whether or not it was, I was hacked, whether or not there exists a laptop at all, I truly don’t know,” Hunter said. After SF got over the irony of this guy being tapped to speak, I am really wondering if he is just going to expound on his and his father being the the beneficiaries of the good side of the fake media.....
  11. https://nypost.com/2021/04/26/iran-foreign-minister-says-john-kerry-met-with-him-during-trump-years/ Iran foreign minister reveals John Kerry kept in touch about Israeli covert operations By Mark Moore April 26, 2021 | 12:22pm | Updated Iran’s foreign minister claimed in a leaked recording that former US Secretary of State John Kerry told him about over 200 covert Israeli attacks on Iranian interests in Syria during former President Donald Trump’s administration. Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said in the leaked recording obtained by the New York Times and Iran International that the Revolutionary Guard Corps and the country’s supreme leader kept him in the dark about government negotiations and military operations, and that he was receiving intel from Kerry. “It was former US Foreign Secretary John Kerry who told me Israel had launched more than 200 attacks on Iranian forces in Syria,” he said. Zarif made the comments in a March interview with an Iranian journalist that wasn’t supposed to be released until August, when President Hassan Rouhani leaves office. It’s unclear whether Kerry tipped off Zarif while secretary of state, or out of office. Zarif met with Kerry and Obama administration Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz when Donald Trump was in the White House, which Kerry admitted to in 2018. Kerry denied discussing the Israeli targets with the Iranian foreign minister. “I can tell you that this story and these allegations are unequivocally false. This never happened – either when I was Secretary of State or since,” he said in a post on Twitter. Kerry and Moniz were instrumental in negotiating the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and global powers. Kerry said he met with Zarif and other Iranian officials in an effort to salvage the nuclear agreement. Trump later that month slammed Kerry for his “shadow diplomacy,” saying the Obama administration officials are who got the US into “this mess” in the first place. “The United States does not need John Kerry’s possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran Deal. He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!,” Trump posted on Twitter after reports surfaced about Kerry’s talks with the Iranians. He pulled the US out of the pact days later. Kerry at the time defended the nuclear deal. “I think every American would want every voice possible urging Iran to remain in compliance with the nuclear agreement that prevented a war,” he said in a statement. “Secretary Kerry stays in touch with his former counterparts around the world just like every previous Secretary of State. Like America’s closest allies, he believes it is important that the nuclear agreement, which took the world years to negotiate, remain effective as countries focus on stability in the region.” Trump in May 2019 accused Kerry of violating federal law by siding with Iran over US interests — and said he should be prosecuted for it. “You know, John Kerry speaks to them a lot. John Kerry tells them not to call. That’s a violation of the Logan Act, and frankly he should be prosecuted on that,” Trump said at the time. At what point was disclosing US intelligence relative to Israeli operations to Iran not treasonous?
