When clueless Matt Rhule gets a $60 million contract despite one season of NFL experience, and millions of dollars are rerouted yearly from superior Black coaches to inferior white ones, it’s time to take that money back. And if you can deny millions to Caldwell, you can deny Flores or any other Black coach.
