Hmmm, not according to this short article: https://www.wndu.com/content/sports/Brian-Kelly-weighs-in-on-redshirt-process-562584921.html So is this article implying that Mr. Kelly is effectively redshirting players for bogus medical reason?

Artificial Turf - An extravagance for high school football, a game played by children for the enjoyment of primarily adults. -

Be careful with who you watch MITHC with. All those swastikas could trigger the snowflakes. -
Did you read the original Watchmen comics or graphic novel?

What did you think? I found the last episode to be kind of 'meh'. -

House Democrats Unveil 2 Articles Of Impeachment Against Trump: https://www.npr.org/2019/12/10/786569843/house-democrats-expected-to-unveil-articles-of-impeachment-tuesday In other words the whole affair is a huge waste of time and taxpayer money. And only serves as a political ploy to weaken Mr. Trump's 2020 reelection effort. Now which side of the uni-party is abusing power for political gain? -

Do we really want Mike Pence as POTUS for the remainder of the current presidential term? I guess he couldn't do that much damage. -
South Bend Next Contraction Target

The ultimate goal should be to get government out the education business entirely. Unfortunately for the state of Indiana that would probably require an amendment to the state constitution to effectively remove Article 8. -
Thank you.

https://reason.com/2019/12/09/ig-report-fbi-fisa-carter-page-trump-media/ Trump and his supporters were dead wrong to attribute to malice what is better explained by stupidity. But the latter is no less troubling, and it would be terrific if the media would spend more time holding the G-men's feet to the fire. It would also be terrific if Republicans could channel their momentary frustration about government surveillance programs into some sort of sustained pushback against civil liberty violations. Alas, the PATRIOT Act has been repeatedly reauthorized along mostly bipartisan lines. Yep, police state. And power "we the people" granted to the federal government they will never willingly relinquish, as evidenced by the anti-freedom PATRIOT Act.

What is the functional difference between D1, D1-AA and D2? Number of scholarships?
-
I know that TD. I believe young Mr. Spegal could excel at a D1-AA (sorry the newfangled "FCS" designation is garbage) program like ISU. Go Sycamores!

The cooking of the books finally caught up with them: https://www.complianceweek.com/regulatory-enforcement/celadon-execs-charged-with-accounting-fraud/28146.article Don't understand what this has to do with Mr. Trump. -
Meaning Indiana State University could be a perfect fit.

https://reason.com/2019/12/09/the-government-has-been-lying-about-afghanistan-all-along/ Not surprised. The military-industrial complex has ruled this country since Vietnam. And with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the Cold War it need a new funding source. Enter the "War of Terror". Afghanistan, like Vietnam, primarily served as a way to get certain people and companies rich at the cost of human lives. It really had nothing to do with fighting Communism or Terrorism.

The last three episodes of this inaugural season, #6, #7, #8, have been some of the best television I have ever watched. Hope they can stick the landing for episode #9, the season finale.

Comparing young Mr. Spegal to another famous Indiana H.S. running back. Wasn't young Mr. Kiser red shirted by Notre Dame in addition to being moved to the defensive side of the ball? Did young Mr. Spegal play any position on defense during his high school career?
-
None. I do not support meat markets.

Agreed. Ball State or ISU would have been better choices if young Mr. Spegal wanted to stay in-state and have a more immediate impact on the playing field.

Time to fix the broken 6A tournament
Muda69 replied to a topic in The Indiana High School Football Forum
During the years I lived in suburban Detroit one of the townships had two high schools, the high school buildings located about 100 yards apart. Students would technically attend high school building A but may have a class or 2 in high school building B. I believe the two high schools shared a football field, can't remember other sports like basketball. -
