  1. I will be at the IHSAA for a meeting Sunday morning...game on! Flying to Florida next Saturday... game on! I will drink extra alcohol just to be safe!
  2. Isn't this counter intuitive to the #metoo movement? Man I'm glad I'm not dating today, who can keep up with all the rules?
  3. Just out of curiosity, have any of my OOB brethren changed any of their daily habits or future plans based on fear of the Coronavirus? I have not, nor do I intend to.
  4. It is my understanding that the Rebel faithful knew that going in.
  5. If all the recently outs line up to support Biden, which no one has done to this point, predictably Bernie is about to be screwed again. Warren needs to see the handwriting on the wall. Bloomberg has spent half a billion dollars to get owned.
  6. Klobuchar is now out. Given the mass exodus of the last 48 hours, I suspect the DNC is at play. While Pete and Klobuchar may have run out of money, Steyer didn't.
  7. Ehhh, governor is four years down the road, he needs to strike while the iron's hot. I don't see him getting a cabinet position with Bernie, I think he has to hitch his wagon to Biden.
  8. Todd Young's senate seat is up for grabs in 2022. According to Klobuchar that's where he needs to be if he's going to play with the big kids.
  9. Fun fact, I once had a cat that liked to play with shoe strings and of course decided to eat one at some point. You guessed it a day later, about 6" of shoe string hanging out, and the cat shot out of the liter box like a rocket. Finally got a hold of the cat and pulled the rest of the shoe string out. It's funny now, but at the time, not so much.
  10. The best part of Pence running for VP, we didn't have him for governor anymore. Lesson learned, be careful what you wish for.
  11. From the looks of things, the Democrats worse nightmare is on the verge of happening. The next few days are going to be interesting.
  12. I had a 60 Gallon gas, never really had an issue even when both kids were home. It's just old, limed up and time to be laid to rest. I knew this day was coming. Not that big of a deal, just a matter of getting it done, and the 14 trips back and forth to the hardware store for that fitting I forgot the first 13 times.
  13. After a week or so of less than stellar hot water in the shower, I arose this morning to very little water pressure and essentially no hot water. There will be no TV until the weekend. I went a picked up a water heater this morning and hilarity will ensue when I get home this evening. I made the move to tankless, so the install is a little more than swapping out water heaters, plus I need to swap out some 1/2" gas line for 3/4". Hoping to have a hot shower by tomorrow afternoon., that should make me have a little better outlook!
