I was told Friday at least Seymour’s schedule is going to see some significant changes. FC is moving later in the season and BHSS being a sectional opponent moving earlier on the schedule.

Pretty sure this is the first opening night since I was probably in 2nd-3rd grade, I had older brothers playing, 53-54 years, that I haven’t been at a Football game. You realize banks have had night deposit boxes since forever right? My guess is most schools who have a random 30-40K laying around all weekend probably have a safe as well. I’m sorry man, as a Seymour local, who spends a fair amount of time at athletic events, and being privy to some of the inner workings of the myriad of tournaments SHS hosts, I can assure you it’s not that complicated to handle cash.

I’ve heard via the grapevine that Trinity Lutheran is switching to 8-man. They were supposed to have been in their second year of playing JV, prior to a V schedule next year. No clue how all that stands now. This is their third attempt at starting a football program.
