  5. I didn't read the fine print...what if someone stays within 27 BEFORE the state championship?

  7. A country school in the 80s huh? I agree.
  8. Wait until you hear about today’s news drop… Drip, drip, drip…
  9. This is where you’re wrong. It’s more about Ryan Day than you think. Too much smoke and connections that can be made. The “firm” and MSM are controlling the narrative and spouting half truths and click bait daily. I maintain that if what is being claimed is true, Michigan/Harbaugh should pay the price and face the consequences but in just not there yet. Harbaugh (satellite camps, practice hours, etc) is the king of taking rules to the farthest point and finding loopholes. I would not be surprised if this is the case here once all of the facts come out: I’ll admit if I’m wrong but so expect level 3 violations, and a slap on the wrist…maybe more specifically for Harbaugh.
  10. Ringer HAS to be Mr. Football at this point, right?
  11. Carson Steele is a "burner."
  12. Purdue beat Illinois...Illinois beat Maryland as did Northwestern... What a cluster.
  13. He will cooperate. Even the WaPo article was hesitant to tie any member of the coaching staff to it. I just don't think the guy would be dumb enough to buy the tickets in his own name unless something was up...
  14. Nope. They are telling the truth. Never debated that. Its impact on the eventual outcome of the game is what I will debate. I've spoken about the reason Michigan lost that game and it had nothing to do with sign stealing or being duped. Something just does not add up in this time line. November 2021: OSU states that they realized after the game that Michigan had stolen their signs so they vowed to not let it happen again. November 2022: OSU gets beaten worse in 2022 than in 2021. In the locker room at halftime, they know something is up and change things up only to get outscored in the 2nd half 28-3. December 2022: OSU reaches out to "warn" TCU about Michigan stealing signs and asks the NCAA is in game scouting at a CFP semi-final is permitted. Why in the hell were Sonny Dykes and TCU able to "dupe" Michigan with 3 weeks of preparation when OSU had a year to do so? That is an indictment of Ryan Day. Now do the UNC fake classes scandal, the Tennessee handing out bags of cash scandal and the Kansas adidas scandal...
  15. And if found guilty he will pay the price...likely the equivalent of a level 3 violation...
  16. Allow me to tell you why it matters…in true 2023 form Michigan has already lost the PR battle and in the minds of some has invalidated all of its accomplishments over the last 2+ years. Folks’ minds and the court of public opinion has already determined they are guilty and this is the most egregious sin in NCAA history and is something only folks at a Michigan have done/would do. Many coaches have spoken out and shrugged it off..likely because they have skeletons in their own closet and don’t want the NCAA knocking on their door. The sensationalized language and slow dripping of details of this story (controlled solely by the MSM and the “firm” appointed to the case) only adds to the outrage involved. It’s slander, pure and simple. Michigan may be guilty as hell and if so they deserve legitimate punishment…but usually the truth lies somewhere in the middle. SOMEHOW Ohio State insiders had a beat/the inside scoop on this story 3-4 weeks ago…makes you wonder. The story broke immediately when word got out that Harbaugh was had a contract extension on his desk, right before Michigan’s bye week yet they said they’ve known about this since 2021? C’mon. No amount of “sign stealing” causes what happened in the OSU games in 2021/2022… I know this is an unpopular opinion in 2023, but let’s allow the facts to play out.
  17. So, reading between the lines, "minimal?"
  18. Just out of curiosity, how much of a competitive advantage do you believe this sign stealing "scandal" provided for Michigan?
  19. We will find out won't we? As I said, if this infraction is as egregious as you are claiming then expect the NCAA to drop the hammer. I have my doubts they will.
  20. 9-1 last week... Ben Davis @ Pike: Both teams coming off thrilling wins last weekend but this is the end of the road for Pike. They are no match for the Giants. 49-7 BD. Cathedral @ Lawrence North: Irish looking for a big road win and it won't be easy as upstart Lawrence North has a lot of momentum. I think this one has the makings of a classic with the Irish escaping on the road. Cathedral wins 34-28. Center Grove @ Columbus North: Trojans struggled early actually trailing at home to FC at one point in the second quarter before rattling off 27 points in a row. Columbus North will not provide much second half resistance either. CG wins 45-13. Fishers @ Hamilton Southeastern: The one we have been waiting for as both of the last two regular season contests have been instant classics. Fishers seeking revenge and trying to get over the hump and get their name on that short list of state title contenders. Trying to break a 5 game losing streak to their neighborhood rival. Royals are at home and just have a knack for winning close games. 27-23 HSE. Warren Central @ Southport: Warriors dominated an under appreciated Perry Meridian squad last week forcing multiple turnovers. This week will be no different. Warren wins 41-7. Westfield @ Noblesville: Shamrocks dominated Carmel on the road last week from start to finish and this week travel SR 32 to take on the Millers of Noblesville who are also coming off a big road win. Millers made Westfield sweat on the road in the regular season and have a chance to score a program changing win at home. I think Westfield is just too hot right now though. Rocks win 34-21. Nervous picking 5 out of 6 road teams but we will see. What say you?
  21. Didn't send a staffer... If it's blatant then we should expect the harshest punishment (vacating wins, post season ban) correct? Side note, anyone watch the OSU/Wisconsin game the other night and it seemed every damn time the Wisconsin sideline held up the photo of an airplane it ended up being a pass play?
  22. We have differing definitions of “blatant.”
  23. Lets allow the investigation(s) to play out before we drag him through the mud here. Sure I am biased but this latest story is sensationalized and dripping out slowly for clicks. The timing of it and the story behind the PI firm is interesting. Harbaugh has a history of bending the rules to the farthest point possible and taking it right up to the line. The program has likely crossed it with these latest allegation but let's wait and see. You stated "he treated the interview like he already had the job." I replied with that as false and said he was closer to taking the Denver job. That interview process was much more closed and behind the scenes as it was playing out and the facts came out later. The guy gets clicks as he is truly a love him or hate him type of polarizing character. But you don't win at every level and turn programs around like he has it you are a "putz."
  24. You’re catching up…the minority stakeholder has skin in the game on this current investigation too…keep digging. You’ve already shifted from “Harbaugh treated the interview like he already had the job” lol. That’s different from “being difficult to work with.” He met with Denver TWICE and THEY came to him. Not bad for a “putz” huh?
  25. False again. Sam Webb and John Bacon are the only reliable Michigan insiders in the business. You are losing badly here and seem to have an unhealthy obsession with the “putz” and his program.
