I’ve always loved watching wing T offenses. Name some of the best teams in the state who run it.

Thanks for all the replies to this. I was going to register but it looks like it would be pointless to register before April 1st. I’ll do that in April. I officiated for 3 years back in 08’-11’ then had little kids. My youngest just finished 6th grade youth (I coached) so now I am free again. Excited to get back into it.

I don’t think most people would agree with you. I will say this. As a quiet observer at the game I was amazed at some of the cheap shots the FC players were giving. I was surprised only one FC player got ejected. But then I observed many of the FC parents in the stands yelling the F word towards the Castle side and asking them to come fight (both sides sit in the home bleachers there) and I realized why some of the players were that way. Quite embarrassing really. why are there not bleachers on the visitor side?

Will it only be the baseball seats or will there be bleachers out on the field?

IF… Reitz beats MD, Castle beats Memorial, then we have a tie for 1st with Castle and Memorial even though Castle would have the h2h. Is this correct?

Is there a post somewhere that lists the best how to guide on starting officiating? If not can one be created and pinned at the top in this forum?

It’s really very simple. The Sunday after the last regular season game all the head coaches in that sectional meet with a “seeder” at one of the schools. All the coaches talk about the wins and losses they have. Every coach then seeds all the teams but their own. The coach seeds would be visible to all. Take the average of the seeds. Tiebreakers would be head to head and common opponents. Not a whole lot different than wrestling sectionals. I think all the seeds would look pretty good.

Castle and Jasper score is shocking. Castle just seemed off all night. Jasper did what they do and made it a heck of a game.

The two big questions for me. Does Jasper hang with Castle? Does Reitz hang with Memorial?

If Memorial wins out I don’t see how they wouldn’t be the 1 seed. The real question is will football ever seed the top 2 teams ?
