  1. JV BC 28 Charlestown 0 Thankful for a mild morning weather wise. New facilities at Charlestown are incredibly nice.
  2. New Albany doesn't get Castle anymore. SIAC is closed for business. You all need to go to Indy, no other options. New Albany plays Franklin, Jeff got Whiteland.. I'd also contact Col North. Or yes, other KY schools. (This is not being critical of your coaching staff/AD).. just talking.
  3. I love the neutral site, btw, pretty cool by NA, SBW, and Sheridan.
  4. These lines make way more sense.
  5. My backyard is in California!?! Outside of that-- chances are my potatoes are grown in Idaho Our middle linebacker grows the sweet corn. He lives in Wegan.
  6. That has actually been updated, right? Brownstown and Columbus North both use this... The circled category is what both of those schools use to determine practice.
  7. Games start at 7pm Practices 330-430 start time. Massive difference in regards to wet bulb readings.
  8. Absolutely you do. Love your place, truly. Not too "central" for many teams is the only reason you were excluded.
  9. That's a good point about that in regards to playing on a campus.
  10. I would prefer not to use the universities. In the South--Columbus East, Col North, Seymour, Brownstown, Bloom S, Bloom N, Floyd (they have away bleachers now right?), Southridge, if Jasper would get turf... would all be excellent hosting locations. Even Franklin Community would be a solid location-- depending on the teams. I love the idea of trying neutral site semi-states though.
  11. Right right. I have no issue with that either. That's the way we do it. I'm just saying... 8 mins to go, 5 mins to go... there should NOT be knees taken.
  12. 1000000% Pushing the narrative, yes, I agree, does seem like one person. It seemed like others were confused about when taking a knee is acceptable, though. If there are more than 2 minutes left in a game (under 2 min you can run the clock out in 3 downs).. there shouldn't be knees taken. Again. THIS!!
  13. Completely agree People truly think we should take knees with like... 8 mins to go in a game? Honestly, that's like Top 5 craziest things I've heard, if so. 1. No chance I'm giving up 8 more minutes to teach, sure we will sub the JV in and run offense, but we aren't taking knees. No one should. We earn those 48 mins of game every week from film Saturday, scouting report meeting/film before school, and 4 days worth of practice. Not to mention the summer/off-season workouts. I am not giving up time to teach our kids, period, not happening. 2. Again, everyone should mind their own business.
  14. Read the situations above lol .... taking knees once you get up 35 points is laughable. But no, I don't really care. I don't coach the other team. My kids need to stop the other team. I would laugh at the stupidity of the other coaching staff to be running their best RB up 35. Exactly what we do. BINGO! Crazy to have this topic/discussion to begin with. Basically, be adults, and mind your own.
  15. SPREADS lol SC has to win by more than 42 to "cover" Salem has to get beat by less than 42 to "cover" Hope that helps
  16. If I was ever down 35 points and you took a knee against me, I would be furious. I'm not taught anything by taking it easy. Absolutely soft.
  17. Sagarin would be Salem +16 or 17 points. And we've split our last two against CT. Last season was a great game, I think Friday will be much of the same.
  18. I understand how point spreads work. I think it's a good change by you. Those are laughable lines by JH.
  19. JV BC 27 Corydon 7 Really good JV game.
