It doesn't sound like that at all. This SR class should be able to transfer JUST like every other class, then start the stupid "30 days" crap next year.

It's been the date of the new rules the entire time. If an incoming SR doesn't want to sit out 5 weeks, they need to get approved to transfer before that date!

Maybe I'm wrong... but, IF an incoming SR transfers BEFORE June 1st, it's still the old rule, right? As in, if the AD from their previous school signs off... they can gain full eligibility, yes? If they transfer AFTER June 1st, they have to SIT OUT 30 days from the first athletic contest? I'm sorry, but that's a JOKE, while at the same time allowing the other classes free ability to move around.
