  1. I should have been more clear. As I said on my Facebook at the time that Talen, Addison and Ethan were all 3 deserving of that honor and I also said i think Tearson should have been added to that list with them. Seems a couple parents misinterpreted what I said on here and do not follow me on Facebook and didn't see my whole post discussing it . Sorry for the response a month later.
  2. Create an assistant principal or dean of students type role and hire the coach.
  3. He was, I think he was more deserving to be all conference but I'm not gonna go down that road and say which kid cause that's not fair nor right.
  4. Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Oregon. Yeah ND isn't finishing top 4 most years.
  5. You can tell yourself that and we arent talking about basketball or Hockey. We are talking about football and Notre Dame knows being mainly an independent gives them better chances to make a major bowl game then being in the SEC or Big 10.
  6. I don't think I said the word afraid at all in my post.
  7. Kinda bugged me that Tearson Wolford didn't get all conference since he was winamacs leading rusher, had most touchdowns and 3rd on the team in tackles but I'm sure the kid will come out firing and be on a mission. Still think the Rans kid will be the best player in conference. It's gonna be Pioneer's to lose next season.
  8. I can still be tired of people dismissing indiana. Indiana is a solid football team deserving to be in. They have a very good qb, 2 solid backs, nice weapons on the outside and a pretty solid D.
  9. Stop. The only reason they haven't fully joined a conference now is because outside of the big 12 and ACC... Notre Dame would struggle (big 10) or even compete (sec) for a conference title.
  10. That's a valid point but we arent talking about a dozen teams. I was talking about Indiana and Notre Dame as were others.
  11. I am confident that IU can win. I think IU would be 11-1 if they played Notre Dames schedule instead of their own. (The loss wouldn't come against northern Illinois though) It's just getting really old seeing people dismiss indiana, esp from teams whose schedules weren't a juggernaut either.
  12. You should be worried about their pass offense. Rourke might be the best QB you guys have seen this year.
  13. You should be worried about their pass offense. Rourke might be the best QB you guys have seen this year.
  14. Providence's QB could have easily diced up that secondary but they had success on the ground and chose to do that but I wasn't talking about today's game in regards to the pass D. Any time North Judson plays a consistent throwing QB late in season they get beat. Adams Central in 2023,2022 and 2021. Hell Russell Compton threw for like 175 yards in 2020.
  15. Judson's issues still seem to be an issue.. Adams Central. Just as physical and big... can throw and run...wayyy more speed. Providence. Just as physical and big. They can throw and run...more speed North Judson's inability to stop the pass and not throwing the ball is gonna doom them any time they get deep into the playoffs.
  16. Seems McDaniel's ankle is still pretty bad?
  17. Seems the difference is the QBs. Kempf playing great and McDaniel still struggling with that ankle.
  18. I think the biggest issue for North Judson will be McDaniel's ankle. Definitely with punting, kick returning and in the secondary and not being able to run the option with him could make it difficult. I know providence pushed Lutheran to the brink last year but a lot of those guys graduated this past may but they still have a few of those guys back. It seems they use a variety of weapons running and receiving. South Putnam had a lot of good athletes all over the field and big/strong up front and nearly came back after being down 19. I think Providence has faced the tougher road (South Putnam and Milan) but Kole Wilcox and Brock Benson are more than capable of carrying the load if McDaniel still cant do much. It should be a good game. Really tough to debate 1A this year with the usual suspects Central Catholic, Adams Central, Indianapolis Lutheran and Linton Stockton all in 2A now.
  19. I've been really trying to think of this game the last few days. I think Judsons line will get a pretty good push offensively and be able to put pressure on SA's QB. I do think SA could have success getting to the outside and spreading out the Jays defense via outside runs or passing. North Judson's pass defense hasn't been really tested all year (not their fault) If Judson does lose tonight, Kole Wilcox, Brock Benson and Jesiah McDaniel have had great careers along w the rest of the senior class. If SA loses, they gained so much experience that they'll be locked and loaded next year.
  20. Shh don't say that. He'll flip out.
  21. Will their sectional be just 7 teams or will a team move down or over to accommodate?
  22. I think that was a mismatch to begin with. North Miami couldn't really stop the pass all year and that's what South Adams does and does well.
  23. Rochester is probably kicking themselves over that Eastern game.
  24. If Judson wants to win it. Its the season to do it. They are absolutely loaded, had a relatively easy path (no lcc, no Adams Central, laville was down, conference foes like Pioneer and Winamac are not even to that level. They'll be good the next 3 years but nothing like this. Pioneer lost 1 starter and has boatload of talent coming back. Not sure what Carroll or LaVille brings back and Winamac is another season away from fully competing with NJ. Caston has some good sophomores and freshman but not sure they'll have enough.
  25. I has not heard much about them before last season but I've been following. Man are they big up front and got some young guys all over the field.
