You threw out numbers that can easily be skewed.. I can look at the 2004-2005 team and Stevie Brown was by far the best player on that team, but had much lower #’s because everyone went away from him. Again, we can agree to disagree

This team is just fine FK, Fogerty is a parent so it’s his job to panic. No harm in that. Not a huge difference from what we will throw out Friday night. I will also agree to disagree. Still think Settle is the best defensive player.

Tyler Settle is by far the best defensive player East has. East D is still very good. It’s a plug in and go when someone goes down. It’s always significant when a kid is hurt because nobody wants to see it. This East D is good enough to win a sectional at the 6A level. Parker Harrison (which I believe will play) was a pre season all state defensive player as well.

I do think Floyd is much improved and have some great athletes. The problem in the past has been the O-Line not opening holes and giving the QB enough pass protection.

East by 3 scores ( I do think Floyd is the 2nd best team in the conference) but I’m not here to play Lou Holtz and act like we are playing the New England Patriots each week. Just like the Jeff game that you thought would be competitive. Jeff and NA have a LOOOOOONG way to go, and Jeff’s coach def isn’t the answer

I thought Bark played last game? They mentioned his name numerous times last game on the radio. Parker Harrison will more than likely be a go for Friday night. I’m not playing the injury bug. Too many athletes on this East team. If East loses its because they were outplayed. I’m looking for a 3 score game Friday evening. Floyd is a good team, with a great running back. The O-Line is the only question I have on them. They can answer it Friday night.

Columbus East, CG, BD would beat the brakes off South Adams, CE plays 1 bad game (against CN) and all of a sudden they are below 1A teams.. but played a Top 50 team in the country until the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. Hell it doesn’t just go for South Adams, those 3 teams would beat majority of the Honorable Mention. Totally understand it’s strictly opinion tho. The Top 15 does look pretty good

I would say the big game of the week is Floyd @ CE. Floyd brings in the top rusher in the state, and I’m sure he is still top 3/5 in the country.. Big question, will Floyd’s line be able to open up holes for Wright? Great RB with tons of speed, but not much you can do if the O-Line can’t get you some openings. Should be an interesting match-up to watch from Stafford Field.

As long as Settle is out there that defense will be just fine. Kid is a stud.
